47 Dune Lane - My Sunshine, Oceanfront 5 Bedroom, North Forest Beach

Beautiful home! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! They had amazing communication and went above and beyond to help and coordinate things for us! The location of the home is amazing and the pool was so fun! Easy to walk to so many things! Will definitely book this home again!

Our family had a wonderful vacation. Great location.Property management company, Beachside Getaway were FANTASTIC responding to a couple of issues during the week.

Loved the house. It was a great layout for our family. Family appreciated a bathroom for each bedroom. Living room had plenty of seating for looking at the ocean or watching TV. Swimming pool was much enjoyed by the grandchildren when we finally got them pulled away from the beach. Would love to return next summer.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and we love it! It is a perfect set up for our family of 6 adults, one kid ( age 10) and 3 toddlers ( ages 3, 2, 2) The pool is great for the kids, and the walk to the beach is super convenient. Dune Lane is perfect for biking and the bike ride to Coligny is short, less than 10 minutes to bike to the playground at low country celebration park as well. The kitchen is well equipped, the porch is lovely to sit on and see the ocean. Only caution I would add is the steps inside the front door: they are very narrow and we needed to be careful with the toddlers and the seniors...The steps around the back to the deck are easier to navigate. We also felt that the management company was very responsive - there was an issue with a shower draining properly - they had someone out to the house within the hour to resolve the issue. Our family hopes to be back again!

The property was exactly as pictured in the ads. One review I read prior to our stay stated “outdated”. The house has been a home and is not new but kitchen and bathroom fixtures are all in working order. Carpeted areas are clean and not worn. Furniture was family friendly but not dirty or in need of repair. Beds were clean and comfortable. We arrived at the property with 3 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 children. Everyone was pleased with their room and the home. The downstairs apartment set up was perfect for early rising young family and the upset was perfect for all of us to share meals and game time together. We prepared all our meals at the house and found we didn’t need to bring any kitchen tools with us for cooking as the house is well supplied. The back deck was large enough for 4 and 3 year old to ride trikes and play. The walk to the beach was easy - great for all the back and forth with “littles”. The extra sun deck on the boardwalk was large and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Our stay was first week in October. Temps were fabulous. No burning your feet on the sand! We spent all our time on the beach but would have had to heat the pool to enjoy it.

Loved being close to the beach and the pool was great. The kitchens are dated but serviceable. Bedrooms and baths were very clean and comfortable.

This home was a perfect fit for our family. We had 7 adults, an 8 year old, an 18 month old and 2 infants. We loved that the porch had a gate we could secure to keep the toddler contained. There was a baby gate in the home that we used to block the inside stairs. We were there the first week of October and the pool was still warm enought for the hardier souls in our group to swim without it being heated. You could not ask for more convenient beach access. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans etc for cooking. The Coligny area, with restaurants and shops is super close. The only thing to be aware of is that the main inside stairs are very narrow, but they could be avoided by entering the property from the back porch. We all agreed that we will 100% be coming to stay here again.

Not only was this place nice, the location was incredible. Right on the beach and a short walk to the Coligny shopping and entertainment area.
