Love the location! The house was so cute - puzzles were a bonus on the day it rained. Hint: to use the entry keypad, hit the lower left corner, then it will light up for you to enter the numbers (I think they should add this to the check in process). Also, had to ask about pool passes but the contact person got back to us immediately- they were in a location I would never have looked in . ( this can also be added to the check in process). Kitchen has everything you need (even though we didn’t cook :-)). Has a Kuerig so bring pods. Is definitely will rebook

We loved the off-kilter art work and photography. The main bathroom was small but very nice. The second bathroom doubled as a laundry-storage area for the linens, etc. We gave the main bathroom to my elderly parents and we used the other bathroom. The shower wasn't comfortable and was small.We had a lot of difficulty getting the door code to work when we arrived . The lack of instructions caused us to not be able to get inside for an hour. When the building manager arrived she was incredibly nice and did her utmost to help, and figure out how to put the code in too. Other than finding a few insects around and some places in the house that could have been a little cleaner, we were mostly comfortable. We loved the area and the close proximity to an incredible beach. Thank you for having us !

Many amenities included: Puzzles, games, books, full kitchen supplies, throw blankets, etc. Comfortable beds!

Great location, with easy access to the beach and bike path. Perfect size for us (meaning there was plenty of extra room). All of the amenities and clean. Communication was great and we have no issues at all. We will be back and I highly recommend!

This place was so perfect, I knocked a point off cleanliness due to quite a few ants in the kitchen. We kept everything tidy so they weren’t a big problem. Will definitely rent this cottage again!!

Generally speaking my wife and I had a comfortable stay but some pics of the exterior property must be old, it is kind of overgrown in the front and dead leaves were everywhere until a landscaping guy came, but he blew leaves all over our car and bikes that were on the front porch. Also, the entry keypad is not backlit so it is extremely hard to use. The only other things we thought were a bit off were that the dryer did not work very well at all, and the bathroom tub has moldy black caulking all around the inside section. Surprised by that. The unit itself was very close to everything really, so that was great. We did enjoy biking the entire island and then some. Oh, our older backs didn't do well in the furniture either. Sorry for all the complaints but just being honest. The pool pass to Days Inn was very nice...

House was adorable, I loved the artists photographs on the ways. Beds were comfortable. Area is super quiet. So close to beach access, was def a perk! Look forward to booking this house, or any property with Emmons again in the future

On rainy mornings, the children worked on the wood puzzles. Nice and clean. Close to the pool and ocean.
