In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 7, the maximum allowed occupancy is 16, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This luxury Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental offers three levels of indoor and outdoor living space, seven bedrooms with private bathrooms, a heated pool and spa, an elevator, and its own boardwalk to the beach.

The foyer greets youwith a striking double staircase. Straight back is the billiards room, complete with pool table, comfortable sitting area, flat-screen TV, large bar with refrigerator, dishwasher, and bar stool seating, and access to the first-level deck. Three bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large laundry room are also located on the first level. The bedrooms on the right and left each feature a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower. The bedroom by the billiards room offers twin bunk beds, flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower/tub combo, and access to the first-level deck.

Ascend the foyer staircase to reach the main living space with stunning ocean views. The living room boasts a wall of windows and dual sitting areas with sofas and chairs. The large gourmet kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a large island bar stool seating. The oceanview kitchen also offers a large dining area and access to the main level deck. The main level includes two bedrooms - one king and one queen - both with flat-screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms, as well as a powder room and a laundry room.

Two spacious suites, a common area with coffee bar and wine cooler, and a laundry room comprise the third level. Both ocean view bedrooms offer king beds, flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms, one with double sinks, spa shower, and bathtub, and another with large two-person sink and spa shower.

Each level of the home has its own deck. The first level offers a pool and spa and stairs to the backyard and beach boardwalk. The main level oceanview deck features a dining table and chairs as well as lounge chairs. The third-level deck provides the perfect spot for soaking in the picturesque ocean views.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 5 to 15ft W x 30ft L. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
