4.5 Bedroom 3 Bath townhome with 2 community pools ️

We absolutely enjoyed this place, our blended family of nine had the best time, property owner communicated really well. There was plenty of room for everyone

There was lots of room for our family. There was also ample parking for our vehicles.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this rental. We booked a bit last minute because our original plan fell through, and the host was so accommodating and quick to answer every question we had. This place has plenty of comfy beds for a large crew, a beautiful main bedroom and bath, and lots of outdoor space. Very short walk to the beach & pools. We already want to come back!

We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and trolley. Access to the pool on a red flag day. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. There noticed mold on shower head and ceiling, also some places could have been cleaned better but overall a very nice property.

The townhome was wonderful! Exactly as described and equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, grill, make dessert, and make pins coladas! The beach chairs, floats, umbrella and other beach equipment made the stay even better! Christina was excellent to work with and responded quickly to any request we had. We will be back in 2026!

Perfectly situated property right on Pensacola Beach with easy beach access. Lots of space for the extended family.

Wonderful property, stay at Regency Cabanas every year, this is one of our favorite units there.

This property was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I and our adult children all stayed. Seven adults and a baby. Everyone slept comfortably and there was plenty of room. The living area was spacious and did not seem overcrowded. The extra large table was wonderful for family dinner. The house was stocked with board games and puzzles. We definitely enjoyed the puzzles. Short walk to the beach… Very nice beach not overcrowded. The pool was wonderful. My daughter was able to take her baby to the pool when not at the beach, and there was plenty of privacy and space. The home is stocked with lots of utensils for cooking and eating. Cute little market across the street called The local which had all of the necessities.There was beach gear available. Two refrigerators,the garage refrigerator was very helpful for water and beach snacks.The three car garage was very surprising. We had three cars nose to tail all small -mid size with plenty of room to load/unload out of the humidity.The cooling system worked great. We followed the owners recommendation for cooling the house and we never had any issues. The home was never uncomfortable.The value for room was excellent. I highly recommend this place if you have a family that needs privacy or if you have a large family. Lots of bunkbeds so if you are a large family with lots of kids, this is the place for you.

We came to Pensacola to celebrate my son’s college graduation, 9 of us in total! This cabana was perfect, giving everyone their own private space. We travelled with some beach equipment, soon to realize everything we needed was there! We were very pleased and know that we have found our spot to return for years to come!

Beautiful and very spacious home. The host has gone out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. She was also very easy to reach with any questions we had. Pool and beach are in close proximity. We enjoyed our time there immensely!

Me my 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren came for 6 days. Everything was great. The beach is a one minute walk and is beautiful. The house is well stocked to cook. I highly recommend and will return in the future

If you read the reviews on this beautiful 4.5 bedroom 3 bath townhome, I can not say anything more you don’t already know. My emphasis goes to Christina Cordel, the owner of the townhouse. Here’s a tip, I only look at Premier owners; not property managers. My experience with property managers is that they can be hit or miss. This is Christina’s home. She and her family use it. Her communication is excellent, as is her cordial approach to doing business. Read the reviews for sure, and the thorough description of the property. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Second time staying here and looking for dates for next year stay! Three generations under one roof with space to spare.

We had a great time at this location! It was very well maintained and VERY clean. They had a ping pong table, a ton of beach toys for the little ones, and it was very cozy.

Absolutely loved this home, location, and everything it offered us. Absolutely no complaints. It was even better in person and we all loved our stay.

We used to come to Pensacola every summer as kids and getting to come back here with my cousins and our kids was so much fun! The house was perfect for gathering as a family but also had enough space for everyone to be comfortable. A short walk to the beach and everything we needed!

I am so glad we chose this property for our trip to Pensacola to see our niece graduate from college. The location to the beach was great and the condo was absolutely wonderful. So spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Property owner was so easy to get in touch with and communicated with me prior to our stay. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this place!
