Great location near shops and restaurants. Great condition, clean and enjoyable. My only complaint: no salt!

Everything was great ! Shower handle in master room was a little shaky.

This is a cute house and was perfect for us and our friends! It was close to so much; restaurants, shopping, etc. It has a great outdoor area with a gas grill and fire pit. Unfortunately, we ate out since we weren’t there but for a few days, but we did hang out around the fire pit. The views are magnificent!

Very clean. Great location near uptown. Comfortable with most things we needed. Although dishwasher did not turn on, it was not a big deal for us.

The location was perfect for exploring all of Sedona! The home is bright and sunny with amazing views of Snoopy Rock! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped, would definitely stay here again!

This house has it all. The views, comfort and location. My family of 4 loved it. David was super responsive the time we managed to lock ourselves out. We will definitely be back!

The host and his maintenance team were very responsive. We had an issue with the fireplace during a cold rainy week and within an hour they were there fixing the issues and followed up the next day as well.

House was situated within walking distance of food and shopping, great views and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the patio, gas fireplace and the convenience of having a kitchen!

This rental was fantastic! Check in was easy. Only a few things I want to mention. There weren’t any knives in the kitchen to cut up food items with that we could find so we bought a couple paring knives and left them for the next guests. Also we couldn’t find any kitchen towels so we used the clean cleaning towels under the sink. The kitchen towels might have been somewhere else but we didn’t find them in the kitchen. Also we didn’t know we were renting an upstairs of a condo until we got the welcome email. But no biggie as it was still quite private and the views from the patio were wonderful. Awesome decor and ambiance so thanks so much for being such a fantastic host!

Great property. Very convenient for walking to town

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our time. The location is great - easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed and even included a nice little welcome basket with water and candy. It was quiet and clean. I would recommend this place.

Great location. I wish the cushions had been taken in on the deck, they were soaked thru and we missed 2 beautiful nights outdoors.

Beautiful property with outstanding views and location in Sedona. The home is very comfortable and well appointed, and it's great that there are two king sized beds.

The views from the balcony were outstanding and the location was convenient. The fresh fruit on arrival was a nice touch and much appreciated. The living area was comfortable for the 3 of us. The only challenge was the master bath shower which was so small it was difficult to wash my hair, soap up my body and turn around in it. It seemed like an after thought to say it has 2 full baths.

Located uptown Sedona with beautiful views as walking distance to all the shops and eating places. House was very clean and met our needs. Loved the porch with the beautiful scenery and fire pit If we are back in Sedona we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Sedona

Clean condo with great veiws.

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the easy access to shops, sights, hiking, and many eateries with beautiful views.

The property is lovely. We especially enjoyed the patio and the view from it. We want to come back soon. The property management thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The property was very clean. An excellent experience for us all.

There seem to be have been a mixup with my reservation. I made this for July 25 through the 27th not sure what happened but it recorded it as June 25 which is a past date upon arrival the code that was given to me to get in the door did not work. I did contact the property manager and he gave me another code and we enter the residence, and the place wasn’t cleaned, the beds weren’t made. There were dirty towels by the laundry. I contact the property manager right away and he sent the crew to made it right he apologize for the inconvenience, they did a great job and cleaning it and then I enjoyed my stay. I did not let that little hiccup ruin our trip, but I will be staying there again. It was a nice place. The patio is beautiful looking at the mountains and the stars loved it.

This was an excellent place to stay. Close to everything and the view of mountains was spectacular. Everything was nice, neat, and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the owner provided all the comforts of home (pots, pans, toilet paper, paper towels, etc). We especially appreciated the welcome basket as well. We would highly recommend this cottage.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Sedona. The property was clean, spacious, and perfect for my family. The location is walking distance to many stores and restaurants and the views were INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend!

Great location-easy walk to all the Uptown restaurants and stores. Gorgeous, comfortable home. Property manager was prompt and friendly. We really enjoyed the patio area with the fantastic views! Morning coffee with that scenery can’t be beat! Thank you for the “welcome snacks” and coffee in the kitchen upon arrival. Would most definitely stay here again.

Awesome Place! Walking distance to just about everything. I would absolutely stay here again!

Property was exactly as listed. Location was convenient, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. House was comfortable and we had plenty of space for four adults. Outside deck/patio was lovely, with amazing Sedona Red Rock views. Even though it was a bit warm, it was shady in morning and late afternoon. Two fun recommended activities are Pink Jeep Tour and visit to Jerome. Highly recommend the Mesa Grille at the airport.

Great property location and deck. But it is an older place with lots of “handyman” repairs. Like the dishwasher that falls out of the hole when you open it. A Major hazard. Lower ceilings in some of the unit. And it had a basement suit which does not attire to the VRBO whole house advertising.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to walk to uptown shops and restaurants. The views from the patio and living room were beautiful. The house was clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive with communication.

My family stayed in this cottage for our visit to Sedona and found that the location was absolutely perfect for being able to walk into town to shop and go to restaurants. The view of the mountains was amazing both from inside as well as from the expansive outdoor patio. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is in the perfect location to be able to access all of downtown Sedona. The views are spectacular and the back deck is the perfect place to start or end your day. The host was very good at communication. We would stay there again

Mountain View Cottage was amazing!!! Myself and my highschool BFF stayed for a relaxing girlfriend reunion long overdue. We found peace and solitude. The home is beautiful and relaxing with everything we needed. The bonus is the fantastic deck for sunrise and sunsets. Morning coffee and then evening glass of wine. We loved being there & we didn't want to leave. It sits slightly up a hill toward the end of Uptown. Stunning views from inside and on the spacious deck. Easy walking to Uptown. Our car stayed parked at the house. Hoping to be able to come back again and have Mountain View Cottage be our Sedona home away from home. Thank you!!!

This rental was absolutely PERFECT! Starting with the great communication, easy to find, location couldn't be better, and the view was amazing. Clean, had everything you need, and a short distance to downtown. We felt like it was home for the week. We couldn't have been happier with staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Sedona. Sidenote: my husband forgot his phone and the cleaning person called my phone right away to let us know he found it and quickly ran it to FedEx to be sent out to us. Best customer service ever!!

What’s not to love!?! The location is perfect. The beds were super comfortable. The view couldn’t be any better.

Great location and amenities. Clean and tidy home. Perfect for two couples to relax and unwind and soak in the amazing views fro the spacious deck. Walking distance to all that uptown has to offer. Will come back again.

Wonderful home to stay in while visiting Sedona!

Great property, easy to get around.

I originally chose this property due to it's location in Uptown Sedona. Close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants, and high street, but far enough away for quiet at night. And it was in a perfect location. The property was clean and actually felt larger than I expected. The outdoor patio was huge and very comfortable. Inside, the property was immaculate and sparkling. The rooms and bed sizes were as advertised. The host was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly and thoroughly. I will be recommending this property to all my friends and family.

Beautiful views, generous outdoor space, comfy beds in a perfect location to walk to Uptown and beyond. The living spaces were comfortable for spending time with our family of four when we weren’t out on the trails or exploring the area, thank you!

Our first trip to Sedona and we loved this house. The location made walking to shops and restaurants so easy. I loved early morning walks in the neighborhood hills to witness beautiful sunrises and a delightful glimpse of the Javalina’s making their way from yard to yard. We appreciated a good coffee pot and comfy bed and furniture. Thanks for a great stay!

You cannot beat the uptown location and red rock views from most windows. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shops is really ideal. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and the living room is cozy with red rock views. Both bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. A few reasons for not giving 5 stars.. The outdoor furniture cushions were ripped and very worn which did not lend to sitting outside. This is mentioned in other reviews and such an easy fix, so hopefully the owner will take note! The en-suite bathroom is extremely tiny and the shower old and very tight. I imagine most people would have a hard time using the shower. (I did!) The larger bathroom could use some TLC as well.

We enjoyed this lovely home with fantastic picture windows and easy proximity to town! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We walked to the Main Street every day and had many restaurants to choose from.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home. It was conveniently located near everything. The home also had everything you could ask for without having to purchase it - toilet paper, laundry detergent, garbage bags, soap, shampoo and conditioner (Body Bliss products made in Arizona!). They even had someone come over mid week to ensure we had enough propane gas for both the grill and the fire pit at night. There is a beautiful deck/patio outside that allows you to see the incredible mountains. We were a little disappointed that the outside furniture didn't match the care that went into the inside furnishings. Maybe the desert weather wears down the cushions quickly, but I know this has been a comment made in past reviews, so replacing them annually might have to go into the budget. It would definitely make the area more comfortable to sit in. Overall we loved our accommodations and would definitely visit again!

Beautiful view and excellent location. It’s an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Outside furniture cushions need updating but I am sure the sun is hard on the cushions. The inside of the house was perfect.

My husband and our friends really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the patio with it's lovely red rock view. The beds were pretty comfortable, too. The only big suggestion we had was to have better lighting getting from parking space below up to the door. Perhaps some motion lights. We actually wish we had stayed another night!

If you are looking for a conveniently located Sedona condo, this is it. Easy walk to the main Uptown Sedona restaurants and shops. It has a hill to walk back up but it will burn off the calories you just ate. The Host was easy to work with too!

This location and layout was great for 4 people in our sixties. Great views and no stairs worked well.
