4329AC: Experience Orlando In This Luxury 5 Bed 5 Bath W/ Pool&Spa, Game Room

Nice, Had a couple issues, the hot tub drains to the pool level when the filter is not running of course the timing is everything usually shut down about 6:00PM just about the best time to head to the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the same temperature. Pool had to be 90 degrees. House was lacking baking sheets, no glass baking dishes. Had to move the router so the internet would work outside. We all had a great time. Resort was nice also.

Came here with family for Christmas. The property was not clean. Our pool was supposed to be turned on and it never was . We were reimbursed, but since we had planned on using the pool, this was frustrating. The neighbors blasted their music. There was no number to call to ask property managers to take care of the situation so we had to go next door several times and ask the neighbors to turn their music down . ( we had to wear earplugs in bed) Outside furniture was broken . Very disappointed in this place

Spent a long weekend with family. We selected this house because it had a pool, game room and relatively close to Universal (45 mts). House was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa. I would have given a 5 star review if it wasn’t for all the deferred maintenance. When we arrived I noticed several items like sliding door blinds broken and on the floor, missing backs of the tv remotes, sound bar not working, a piece of the outdoor screen ripped etc which management company scheduled a quick visit to fix some of the issues. As we settled in, more items came up, tvs not working, no lights under the kitchen hood, more remotes missing back covers, game room had an old pool table with just one cue with the tip broken and a air hockey table falling apart which is probably best not to have there at all since it has one leg broken. Overall we made the best of it and had a good time. With a little more TLC, this home would have raging reviews.

We were in town for a swimming competition so theme parks were not on the agenda. We especially enjoyed this home’s location- tucked in by the entrance on a dead end street so it was quiet and there were NO homes immediately behind the house which added for more outside privacy. We all enjoyed the clean private pool, with pool floaties and water games included. As with any high turnover rental, the home has seen some minor wear and tear with scuffed/marked up walls, etc but nothing major. My only complaint would be that much of the bedding and towels that were placed on the beds and in the bathrooms were still damp so I had to run some things through the dryer. We used the main community pool once which was nice- would recommend getting there early to lay some towels down to claim some chairs! While we didn’t go to the parks we had to travel in the same vicinity and traffic can be pretty crazy. Overall, a great stay!

We were close enough to the attraction that we did those a few days but also were just able to hang out and enjoy the house, pool, and the gated community provisions.

The house was a great selection our only problem we had was when we checked into the property the pool was not clean the water was cloudy and Mercky looking. Someone came out the next day to clean it and another person came out to change the pump? However the Jacuzzi never never would heat up even after I called to complain no one never came out to check it. Other than that we had a great time

We like Davenport and have stayed in a variety of properties on 6 occasions. This trip was to celebrate a significant birthday for my wife so I decided to invest in a really good property for us and our four kids. This one looked the part and the price quoted versus other properties certainly implied a premium. Given the occasion why not ? This is not a premium property by any means. There are five bedrooms, you could sleep 10 people in it but you would feel like sardines in a can. The bedrooms have room for a single bedside locker only. In one of the bedroom you can't open the wardrobe as it has a double rather than single bed. If you like really cosy this is for you... It's advertised as a new property but i struggle with this. The plastic glasses to use beside the absolutely tiny pool with its two (! ) sun loungers leaked. I can imagine they have been in use for a few years. Everything else is pretty basic. It feels like one of those agency managed properties where every cent that can be saved has been saved. That's ok if you want cheap but we didn't pay cheap. To add to our irritation, we paid for pool heat, had it for 5 out of 14 days ( low temperatures ) and enquired by phone about a credit given that the service could not be provided for 9 of the days. Promised a phone call back but deafening silence ! Even when the temperatures came back to a level where the pool heat would function the temp was set at a level where the jacuzzi was lukewarm. Pure penny pinching.. In the interest of balance the TV is a fine 60 beast. The product is not as advertised and you'll get gouged if the opportunity presents itself. My first and last rental through an agency.
