4/2 Ranch | Hot Tub | Full Kitchen | Family Friendly | Pets Allowed w/ Fee

Highly recommend NOT staying in this house. First was initially overcharged by over 400 on a 3 night stay as they charged extra fees not detailed in the listing, which specifically stated at time we booked, “all fees included”. After weeks of back and forth, VRBO refunded the 400. Then at time of check-in we were informed that there was a county ban on any fires, and we can’t use the fire pit. We had purchased and transported firewood, bringing a truck that we would not have needed for firewood and incurred extra expenses (firewood, gas & mileage). Fire ban had been in place as we found out later, a month before we booked it, the listing made no mention of this and zero communication until 3:00 pm day of check-in. Then when we arrived, we had to wait until 5:30 PM to enter the home, when check-in time was 4:00 PM due to the house still being cleaned. After making a 5 hour drive and needing to use the restroom this was not just a minor inconvenience. Then after the stay, we were charged an additional 300, for what the management company said was a pet fee, for a 3 night stay. The house, listed as pet friendly and again, the listing at the time of booking stated “all fees were included” in the daily rate/price. I raised issue with management company, thus far they’ve not responded. Subsequently, I now see that they have updated listing and removed comment of all fees included and NOW note a pet fee. However, I have screen shots of listing prior to our stay. STAY AWAY!!

Great place for family entertainment. Wheelchair accessible which was awesome for grandparents and pet friendly!! Fully equipped, relaxed and peaceful place. Highly recommended!

Best house we have stayed out in awhile! Everything about it was perfect! Baby friendly! Great conversations were had around the fire pit. Enjoyed the s’mores supplied by the host! This place didn’t feel like a rental. It felt like we were staying at family’s house. So inviting and peaceful! Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time using all of the amenities this place had to offer: smores, fire pit, hot tub, cornhole, darts, etc! Everything was very clean and there were so many little touches that we appreciated, like laundry pods and dog treats. Being able to bring our dog is a huge plus and she never wanted to come inside because it was so beautiful and nice out in the backyard! Having it fenced in was great so we knew she was safe at all times.

The home was very comfortable and spacious. Everything was labeled and had helpful instructions. Kitchen was well-stocked. The porch and patio were lovely with lots of seating. We had a great girls getaway.

It was a great escape everything provided it's was so quiet and tranquil and stars amazing at night cowboy pool was perfect great house loved it

This is our 4th time to stay at VERO Ranch and walking in reminded us of the first time, knowing the few days there would be many moments of relaxing and enjoying the beauty outside, especially sunrise having our coffee on the patio. It is an amazing place outside of town to rest and take it all in, even spotting deer roaming. This beautiful, sparkling clean home provides everything you need. We will return.

We were lucky enough to have a friend reunion at Vero! It was the perfect “escape” into the peaceful hill country. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend!

Thank you for such a wonderful experience from the moment right after booking to post checkout. The house was clearly well maintained and it was far enough out of town where we could truly enjoy some much needed getaway time with our friends. We would definitely consider choosing Vero Ranch as a destination to stay on future visits!

We loved this property! It was very relaxing atmosphere and the hot tub was a plus. We definitely recommend thisproperty if you need to get away and unwind.

Property description was accurate, house was well stocked, and very clean. Close to Fredericksburg but far enough to have gorgeous night skies! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect rental to stay with family. We enjoyed watching the wildlife out the window. The beds were all comfortable. There was lots of room for everyone. Great places to stay.

Vero Ranch is a beautiful, secluded home just minutes away from downtown! Everything was clean and very well maintained. They even had treats ready for pets! Loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our needs, enjoyed our stay!

No complaints about our stay. House was as described and well stocked. Hot tub was nice and everything was clean. Location is outside of town, but that is disclosed prior to booking so no surprises. Overall, this was a good value and we'd stay here again. Thank you!

The 9 of us and our small dog had a wonderful time at Vero Ranch for 4 nights! The property was well stocked, comfortable and very enjoyable. The outside fenced yard had a great patio, hot tub, corn hole, fire pit and porch swing. We loved playing with all the games inside and outside.
