Great house for an extended family vacation. 4 families comfortably stayed in the house. The dock was wonderful and proximity to the beach with a private entrance is unbeatable

This house was perfect for our two families with kids ranging from 3 to 15 years old—there was something for everyone. The kayaks were easy to access and the creek was beautiful. The pool was a big hit with both adults and kids, and there were plenty of pool and beach toys provided, so no need to bring any. A beach wagon and lots of sand toys for younger kids were especially handy. I’d recommend bringing some extra beach and pool towels if you have a large group. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, plates, and silverware we needed, and having two refrigerators was a great bonus. The place was clean and well maintained. Overall, a 5-star stay from our group!Owners were very easy tomcoinicate with as well! Thank you!

We had a great time celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary!!! Ocean on one side, fishing the inter-coastal on the other side. Pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed to cool down during the day or relax in at night! Communication was excellent with host. Definitely recommend this house!!!

Dunes2Dock is the ultimate beach getaway! Your own private beach is a five-minute walk outside the front door. The walkway out the back leads to a great dock where you can go fishing or paddle away on two provided kayaks. Our three-generation family ranging from 6 to 73 took advantage of all the above in addition to the pool, firepit for smores, game room, croquet on the lawn, enjoying the views from the multiple balconies, and movie night in the living room. We've vacationed together for the past thirteen years. This place topped them all! Thank you, Cathy, for the awesome memories your beach house provided us!

We travel as a 14 pack of 3 families with kids of all different ages. The property is beautiful and the house fit us all easily. Weather was great so we spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub and enjoyed the fishing dock and easy walk to the beach. Plenty of local bars/restaurants in Flagler and perfect location for quick day trips to Daytona Beach and St Augustine. Good times.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and 6 kids and we spent time at the beach, swimming in the pool, and fishing from the dock.Our host, Cathy was great and responsive when we had questions. Thank you for the great stay!

The house is fantastic! Beautiful decor, comfortable , has everything you need! We were a large group of family there to celebrate my mother in law’s 90th birthday. She was the oldest there and her youngest great grand child was 8 months. What a great place. There was a high chair and portacrib for the baby and a pool for the older kids. We had it heated so the water was just right. Great jacuzzis too for us adults. The beach was right across the street with our own private access. What a terrific place!!!

This house was perfect for spring break with close family friends. The backyard is an oasis for adults and kids. We are looking forward to making this house a tradition for future trips.

Loved the property. Meticulously landscaped. New dock. New kayaks. Wonderful pool and spa. We had our family of 13 and everyone had a great time.
