Stayed Oct 16, 2025The home has a musty smell, might need some Damp rid. The master bed mattress was so soft it was very hard to turnover or sleep comfortably. We suggest someone should check the downstairs railing. It was loose and could be an issue in the future. All in all a decent stay. We were totally confused about lake being advertised as close. We didn’t feel that was it was. Would have to drive to actually see lake or fish.

Stayed May 22, 2025We were in town for a family birthday celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very comfortable and in an easy location to reach all Guntersville has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Unlike many rentals, this property does not have the usual incidentals so bring your own soap or shower gel, laundry supplies, and first morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Stayed May 2, 2025This is a wonderful place to stay and you will not find a better host. The home is lovely with lots of room. The bed was very comfortable. The front porch and back deck are enclosed by railings so your pup should you bring one will have a place to hang out. A boat ramp really is right around the corner. But what brings it all together is the owner. He will go over and above to make sure yiu are taken care of including going out in a thunderstorm to make sure your remote for the TV works (thanks again Ben). Will definitely be back and stay in one of his properties.
