House with 3 floors. On the ground floor we have a very large room with American kitchen, table for 8 people ('convertible' in table tennis rs) and portable air conditioning, smaller room with sofas, DVD and 42 'TV (only open channels), bathroom complete with box and 2 entrances (one internal and one of beach) and garden with covered barbecue. In the middle we have 2 large suites (both with air conditioning and one with a lovely balcony) and 1 bedroom also with a / c. In the upper level we have a closed gazebo with a / c, glazed area (with mostly reflective and blackout solar film) and full bathroom (suite) and large terrace with wonderful views of the Serra do Mar and comfortable sun loungers (2), table and chairs (2) and 3 seater sofa. Internal vacancies for 3 medium or 2 large cars, automatic gate with remote control. Private outdoor box on the side of the house to the beach and various utensils. The condominium is optimally located, near the agito and supermarkets, and in it we have Wi-Fi, recreation area with swimming pool, BBQ area and deck for rest.
The beach Juquehy is now the most popular in the North Coast, very well known by the style 'rustic-chic' for hipsters and privileged few. It has great restaurants, two shopping centers and, of course, 'A' Beach: spotless water, white sand, beautiful people and wonderful 'points' to stretch out on the sand with style and get THAT healthy tan worthy of comment!
