This family home has been recently refurbished to a very high standard while maintaining its period features.
It has a beautiful wide entrance hall with original stained glass and stairway.
The spacious living room boasts a wood burning stove, perfect for winter nights. There are three sofas, seating eight. Four seats have a reclining function for total relaxation.
The large open plan kitchen/dining/ living has a brand new fully fitted kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, double oven and five ring gas hob. The extending dining table seats 6-8. The seating area has a comfortable three seater sofa. There is access via patio doors to the outside area.
The ground floor also has a large utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a WC.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms (one en-suite) and a bathroom comprising a new bathroom suite including shower, bath and LED mirror.

Fully wired for broadband/WiFi with access points in every room. All bathroom lights are on sensor.
Smoke, carbon monoxide and burglar alarms fitted.

Overlooking Ormeau golf club. A municipal club allowing access to non-members on week days for a fee. The clubhouse restaurant is open to the public.
Across the road from the historic Ormeau Park with its beautiful walkways, two children's playparks, and a range of sports facilities including tennis courts, bowling greens and soccer pitches. It is popular with joggers and runners and hosts a children’s parkrun on Sunday mornings. It is also home to the OZone indoor tennis centre which houses a climbing wall, gym and a laser zone. Ormeau Road, which is less than five minutes walk away, is a trendy area of Belfast with many coffee shops, restaurants and several bars.
The house is on the main Ravenhill Road and as well as Ormeau Park, it is several minutes walk from Cherryvale park with a play park and several pitches.
The Kingspan Rugby stadium is five minutes from the house.
Belfast’s Lagan Towpath, Botanic Gardens, Ulster Museum, Lyric Theatre and Queen’s University are all within walking distance of you fancy a stroll.
St George’s Market is on Saturday and Sunday and is definitely worth a look, with it’s lovely music, food and many stalls to peruse. It is 20 minutes walk in towards the city.
The world renowned Titanic Belfast is 8 minutes drive away.
The house is on a main bus route into Belfast City Centre. It can be driven in five minutes in light traffic or walked in 25minutes.
The Central Train Station (Lanyon Place) is a 20minute walk. From here there is easy access to the Enterprise train to Dublin Connolly (a two hour journey). There is also easy access to the beautiful coast at Portrush, via train from this station.
The house is easily accessible to both the M1 and M2 motorways as it is just off the westlink.

    What a perfect house for our stay. Clean, modern, quiet and a great location. The 4 bedrooms and 5 beds was the perfect size for the 5 of us. The beds and linens were comfortable. The 1/2 bath on the 1st level made it easy to spread out while we were getting ready in the morning.The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed and we were able to gather for breakfast each morning. The living room was the perfect gathering spot for a cocktail and snacks after a day of touring. I LOVE that the homeowners consider that guests might over-shop at the market and have a donation box for any unopened foods so they can donate to a local food pantry! My only feedback...as a group of women over 50 - fans in each of the bedrooms would be a great addition to help move air and keep the rooms a bit cooler for overnight.

    4 guys on a golf trip loved the property. Modern, spacious 4 bedroom. Comfortable and well appointed. Good location. Off street parking was a treat. Short walk to pubs/restaurants on Ormeau Road. Patrina was excellent with communication and assistance. Highly recommend the Ravenhill Road property.

    Great location with easy access to many local attractions. Spacious property, well suited to our large group of 6 adults and 2 children. Clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Off street parking was so convenient. Property owner easy to communicate with and very responsive to all questions. Highly recommend this rental for your short or long stays in Belfast.

    The location is great, the house is huge and so wonderful for a big family. 3 bathrooms makes all the difference when traveling with lots of adults and little kids. Patrina was so responsive and lovely to meet. Lots of extra amenities like a high chair, travel cot, etc. All the rooms were great and the kitchen had everything we need. Would absolutely stay again on our next big trip to visit family!

    We were so happy to stay here at Ravenhill Road; it’s a perfect location for day trips, bus trips, visiting family and has all the amenities necessary for travelling with small children. Patrina was always available for any queries and we wholeheartedly recommend staying here
