Golf enthusiasts will appreciate that an 18-hole course with a restaurant is only about 4 km away. Møn itself is connected to Zealand and Lolland-Falster by a bridge and offers a variety of excursions and natural wonders. The island is world-famous for the chalk cliffs at Møns Klint, which stretch over 8 km along the coast and rise to 128 meters above sea level. The Møn Nature and Geology Center, opened in 2007 by Queen Margrethe, provides fascinating insight into the local geology. A short trip will also take you to the car-free island of Nyord, another protected natural gem.
