The house is located next to houses 67678 and 78277 in an environment that invites you to a recreational and relaxing holiday with plenty of fresh air in all seasons. From the terrace and the house you have a beautiful panoramic view of Årøsund. A private path leads to the beach. The house was renovated in 2017 with new floors,fresh painting and a new terrace. The house has comfortable, modern furnishings - the perfect settings for a great holiday. On the slightly cooler days you can treat the whole family and relax in the indoor swimming environment with pool, prefilled whirlpool for 6 people, steam bath and sauna. If you want to produce gastronomic surprises, the house offers a well-equipped kitchen. There is good fishing in the area, but if a trip with the fishing gear did not provide any fish you can instead try one of the cosy restaurants with good, Danish cuisine that serve e.g. fried eel. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
