If it wasn't there, you don't need it! Beverly and her team were most gracious and highly recommend Best Nest for all your rental needs. You will love the sitting area for the main bedroom too! Supplied with the best guest needs. I left my hair dryer at home and theirs was so good, I went home and ordered one for myself. High end professional grade. One less thing to pack! Loved this house!!! Bet you will too !! Plus 5 minute walk to the ocean!! Beverly is very tuned into her clients needs as is her whole staff. Enjoyed meeting her.

House is ideal for a smaller group that want a very short easy walk to the beach but enjoy a private pool. Easy walk to Salty Dog for lunch. Not often you find 3 bedroom with ensuites and a private pool. Top notch appointments in the house. Master suite has a private living room which provides great personal spaces inside the house.

This was easily the best experience we've had renting a house for vacation. From the timeliness of communication, the ease of check-in, the location of the property, the cleanliness of the house, the amenities provided by the host, and the simplicity of check-out, everything was absolutely outstanding. I could not rate this location higher and I look forward to returning to this location for future vacations.

The property smelled of mildew and the location was not nice. The furnishings are lovely but the framework of the house is undesirable. This is not the usual with Beverly Serral properties. I hesitated to review but after freq request feel sad to say I wouldn’t recommend this location. I would still recommend BestNest just make sure you know what you are renting.

It was very comfortable for my family of 6. We enjoyed the pool and the family room and kitchen was large enough for us to spend time together. We had one issue that Beverly quickly took care of - and I couldn't thank her enough. Highly recommend!

The home was bright, very clean, well stocked, and had a great backyard pool.We enjoyed watching the osprey flying over the neighboring pond and building a nest in a very tall nearby tree.The walk to the beach was good- maybe 5 minutes walking with a small child and multiple beach toys, etc.An exceptional vacation was had by the entire family!

Bug spray, soap, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of garbage bags, coffee filters, paper towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc, etc. It is so much nicer than the usual rental, especially in terms of supplies. Two minute walk to the beach. Not pictured in the listing photos are some great shade umbrellas in the pool area which were appreciated.
