As close to the water as you can almost get. The property offers a sea view across the neighbor’s land, framed by a few tall trees. The house features a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal grill, perfect for relaxing. The living room includes a small TV. The house is located close to the neighboring house, which is identical and attached. Both homes are wheelchair accessible. The single beds are adjustable electric beds, and there are no doorsteps inside the house—only asmall step at the entrance. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, as the house is situated in the second row from the water. The large plot is shared with the neighboring house. There is a shared terrace with garden furniture on the hill, available for up to four people on a first-come, first-served basis.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
