Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We greatly enjoyed the heated pool, fenced yard, and proximity to the beach! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen had lots of cooking pots, pans, utensils etc. Be aware that there's no food items (e.g. salt, pepper, oil) or disposablles (like foil, ziploc bags, etc). A few notes for the house: we had a small bug problem with a few cockroaches in the house (pest control did come while we were there). Also, I'd suggest the property mgt company do some repairs/upgrades on all the doors and gates. The front door doesn't shut properly unless dead bolted, and the gates on the fence are pretty rusted and also require an intentional effort to shut.

The property is in a great location. Other than that there were a few issues. The front door wouldn’t latch and stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. The a/c wasn't the best. The lowest temperature available was 76. Some days it got up to 83 in the house, even when the temperature was in the upper 80s outside. The air handler seemed weak and not circulating enough air. The oven did not work. There was a bad igniter that was supposed to be replaced 5 days into our stay. It never got fixed. Ants. Ants everywhere outside. If you sit out by the pool they will be all over you.

The ease of getting on to the beach made our stay wonderful.

The pool is also great for dogs with a large baja deck. The patio and deck are both spacious and offer plenty of privacy. There's also a good grill always stocked with propane. The location is excellent with the beach being a very short walk. There's plenty of room inside as well. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, and it's nice to have 2 full size refrigerators. The TV's now all have Roku's, so it's easy to connect on streaming. We also enjoy the screened in porch. The property management is also very responsive if you ever need anything. And it also comes with bikes and beach chairs. Overall, we're always very happy with this house, and will stay here again.

Very cute, could use a bit of a makeover but overall fantastic. Meant to leave a note - I don't think coffee pot was working properly.

Once again we had a fantastic week at 4 nighthawk. Location cant be beat. The house is comfortable,and the fenced yard is perfect for our goldens. The large deck is very nice and the pool is another added perk. Look forward to our next stay.home is comfortable and the fenced yard is perfect

We loved the 2min walk to beach, 8min bike to Coligny, and awesome secluded private pool area.

Location of the property was just what our family was looking for. The AC unit on the other hand could not keep up and a technician had to come out bc one day it was 90 in the house. turns our the air filter looked like it had not been changed in 6+ mths. the Ac still had a hard time keeping the house cool. The house could of been cleaner. dust bunnies on the ceiling in the rooms. dust and hair on the walls. it was just not the cleanest place we have stayed.

Really great location with close proximity to the beach. Pool was great and was very private in the backyard. Only issue with the pool is that it gets dirty very easily due to all of the trees around it. Keeping a pool vacuum at the house would be a bonus so tenants can clean themselves if they wanted to. Pool is only cleaned twice a week, and was dirty when we arrived even though they had it cleaned that day. Air conditioner broke when we were there, but the property manager was able to get someone out that same night and had it fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

So close to the beach. Well maintained property.

We visit Hilton Head every summer. We will definitely be staying here again. The location was perfect to the beach. We rode bikes to Coligny Plaza for ice cream and shopping. The pool was perfect - great shade when you have had too much beach sun. It was helpful to have beach chairs and bicycles. The extra refrigerator came in handy for drinks! We loved our stay here.

A few things to note...The house is nice but is in need of some updates. The oven stopped working but the rental company was prompt with their response and sent someone out to look at it. Unfortunately, it needed a new part and couldn't be fixed until the day before we checked out so we didn't get to use it as planned. The ants and mosquitos were so bad out back by the pool, I would suggest some regular pest control. Overall, I was satisfied.
