4 miles either way to Pensacola Beach or downtown Pensacola!

The house is very clean, updated and so comfortable. The area is quiet, near the beach, the bay and the sound. The beach is fabulous.Dana is an excellent host. She is responsive and helpful. We brought our two dogs who enjoyed the yard. Some of our family visited for Thanksgiving and all were comfortable, especially the children. We look forward to staying here again. I would highly recommend this home.

The home was beautifully decorated, has a nice kitchen with new appliances, awesome master bed/bath, many TV viewing options, and close to stores, restaurants, and beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accommodating.

We loved the house so much we came back for the second time Dana was quick to answer any questions we had about where to watch fireworks for the 4th of July. Easy drive to the beaches or into Pensacola!

The stay was beyond our expectations! This home is just beautiful! Everything is so thought out from the towels to the linens and blankets. We’ve already said when we come back next year this is where we will stay! We are picky people. No complaints!

This home was everything we hoped for. It was beautifully remodeled, clean, and comfortable. Comfortable for my grandchildren, our adult children, and our mini Aussie. This was our first trip to Pensacola and we had such a wonderful stay. The property is in an excellent location with just a short drive to the beach. Communication with the owner was super easy and she was very accommodating. Great home for a family and the yard was a nice bonus for the dogs. This property was a great location! We were minutes away from the beach, boardwalk & activities. The house was perfect for our family & dog. It was clean, plenty of room, a quiet neighborhood and a fenced back yard. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cook the majority of our meals. We will be staying here again as we have family in the area to visit!

Beautiful, inviting home, very clean, house has everything you need and more. House is centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores and a short eight minute drive to the beach. We take a yearly family trip to Pensacola, we will definitely book this home again.
