Stayed Aug 14, 2025The house was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed having a large area for six of us. Air conditioning worked well so that made our stay comfortable. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were also a plus. We now have family in the Memphis area, and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025Super clean and easy to get in. We had a wonderful time and my daughter absolutely loved that we could hear a rooster crowing in the morning. Nothing you could hear from inside really, but super cute to talk about it in the backyard.

Stayed May 8, 2025Everything was nice and clean. There was an attempted break-in of my brother’s truck. The hot water lasted for a very brief period of time, make sure you ready to hop in and out of the shower! Seemed as though it was on a timer! The garage was not accessible and would have made things a lot easier. The lawn man came during the middle of our stay. Would have preferred he come before or after the stay. It was only a long weekend….so….home was nice, near and comfortable. Just those facts may be relevant for the next renter! Owner did communicate the landscaper was en route for the normal services.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025The property was nice and so was the neighborhood. The only problem we had was the water gets freezing cold in 2flat minutes of taking a shower. Other than that it was a very nice home
