This cozy home is located in the perfect neighborhood with plenty amenities to walk to. 2 restaurants, starbucks, walgreens, health club, 2 nail salons and more.The owner was always immediately available for any minor issues or questions.Couldn't have asked for more.Thanks Mimi

comfortable and enjoyable stay

Our family of four had a fantastic vacation here! The house was very comfortably furnished and we spent most of our time in the backyard. Turf in the yard made for comfortable game space for the kids, and the pool provided hours of entertainment. It was very private and plenty of room for all of our needs. In the evening we loved the back patio with the fire table! The host was a great communicator and very responsive to any needs/questions. It is close to all sorts of restaurants and activities, including a challenging hike up Camelback mountain. We highly recommend this rental!

This home was convenient and comfortable. While it wasn’t pool weather impressed that home owner had pool constantly cleaning. Cozy outside gathering space with fire table and new grill area. Loved our stay, home owner quick response to any questions.

The house is a great location and just as described. Great pool with four lounge chairs - sun facing !! Note on pool - looks like their is a hot tub in photo - but it is not working just more pool water. SO no night time soaking, unfortunately. We loved the outside lounge area and backyard with lime and orange trees too! Hoouse was very easy to get in /out - right off main drag - tuck in a quiet little street. But minutes to convenience. You can walk or bike to Starbucks/Walgreens - only about 2 blocks. 20 mins from airport -- beware if renting a car - it adds an extra 30 mins to an hour. The return process is very slow waiting for a shuttle back to airport due to covid limitations (only 9 / bus) the wait for Delta was only 30 mins but for Southwest it was over an hour - very frustrating! Car rental area is far from airport - solid 10 min shuttle! Ok back to house - very close to Camelback Mtn, and in middle of everything - to head up to Cave Creek or hop on highway to wherever you are going. Grocery store, Walgreens and Starbucks are mins away. WE found an amazing little restaurant for take out in a strip mall just a few mins away - Shish Kabobs & Gyros (Greek Vietnamese American) - it was delisch! Get a foot rub next door - just $35 for an hour and you are in heaven! The house is also just 10 mins to Old Town Scottsdale and 5th avenue. Which has great restaurants / shopping etc.. We took a tour with JoyRidesAZ and it was a TON of fun! Highly recommend. I thought it was be kitchy - but was a highlight! Ask for Capt Kirk, Bring a roadie and enjoy the ride! Head up to Cave Creek for a hike at Spur Cross Ranch Conservation area/Jewel of the Creek and hit Blue Chip Saloon for some free rodeo! Call ahead to make sure rodeo is going - some covid limitations. We found a lot of places closed early too - so if need some late night food - check out Detroit Coney Grill (on Hayden - just 5 mins away - decent bar food and open late - menu has everything from burgers, dogs, chicken, good salads - a solid hodge podge of everything. It was myself and my girlfriend and our two daughters (14 and 10) and house was perfect! I would absolutely stay again or recommend!

The place was located very central in Scottsdale to most things we were doing. Very clean and Mimi was quick to get back to us were there any concerns. Great communication the entire process. Pool was great after a day being out and about. Would stay here again no doubt.

I work in Scottsdale part time and we needed a place for our family to stay and this was perfect! so close to old town and great grocery stores and restaurant. But what I loved most is how quite the neighborhood was! I slept great.
