Pet friendly and very clean! Back yard a little small but excellent dog park nearby.Host was very accommodating.

My stay was nice and comfortable. The property manager was extremely responsive. My daughter told me about a couple if issues at the end of our stay the property manager thanked her for bringing them to his attention and promised to fix them All in all great stay, property as described in the pictures, easy check in, super easy check out. Definitely pet friendly, we brought our cat. Nice space for families/friends/homecoming weekend.

Great place, easy quick drive to campus

Good place to stay! Beds were a little small, but they were very comfortable. Also, some of the towels and pillowcases were stained. They were clean but stained - recommend changing out so the unit just presents itself better. Overall we would stay again. Host was responsive.

Place was close to FSU, we attended our grandsons graduation.

Excellent location that’s about 10 minutes from everything. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was easy to find and access.

It was nice. Price was very reasonable. Quiet. Check in check out was easy. A few things could be fixed. Floors need to be upgraded, back door stuck. But was not suprised. Well worth it for the great price.

It was a nice place close to pretty much everything. Our host Sanjay was fantastic and very helpful. It was perfect size for my wife and I.Enjoyed it.

The property was exactly as listed, and the host was accommodating, very easy to communicate. Good location, easy access to FSU, which we were visiting. A few miles from campus but not inconvenient. Beds were comfortable. Overall, the place was clean and odor free. We were pleased with the rental. My mother, who was my travel partner, has Parkinsons disease. This was a good place for her. There are no steps into the building, a ground floor bedroom, and minimal carpet. She did need to step into the shower tub but that was expected. There is a fenced in area accessed through the ground floor bedroom with a deck and steps down into the yard. Not so much grass as wild vegetation. We were able to let our small dog out during the night hours and appreciated the convenience, but the vegetation was bigger than the dog in some cases. Bring a flashlight and clean up immediately or you may not be able to find it in the morning. Prior to staying, I read other reviews for this listing. The area is older, and the surrounding buildings look like they have been around for a while which they have. However, while there, I met several residents who live in the area, and they were welcoming and polite. Kids played in the street and lots of people walked their dogs. People washed their cars and sat on the front stoop of their places. We got exactly what we were expecting and enjoyed our stay.

The accommodations were just described. Plenty of linens, comfortable beds ,easy parking , very close to FSU. Nice place to stay for a short trip up to visit your kid at school

Very clean, great communication…recommend

Place is cute, clean and nice. There are some things that need to be fixed in the place like some of the cabinets, the back door is very hard to open and close, and it would be nice to have extra blankets or throws if you want to relax on the couch. But the neighborhood is not good at all. Police showed up our last night there and banged on the door across the street due to fighting out in the street. A group of about 20-30 people came out of one of the apartments which I don’t know how they all fit in there because the apartments are not big. I have family who live nearby and they said that there have been shootings in the area as well. Inside of apartment is nice but unfortunately not a safe neighborhood.
