~ 4 Mi to Dtwn: Chatham Home w/ Fire Pit

Lovely home, really wonderful Thanksgiving stay, kitchen had everything we needed for a great dinner, comfortable bedrooms and a great family room to chill out in. Loved it and we will definitely be back

House was very clean and represented accurately in listing. Beds were very comfortable and outdoor space was beautiful and very peaceful. Bonus room was very cozy to sit in. Location was great as well.

Perfect relaxation. Lovely surroundings, close to everything but not a lot of traffic.Coastal furnishings appropriate for the area.Great outdoor living space.Lobster crackers would be an additional, appreciated, amenity.Very clean.

Enjoyed the whole interior and exterior of the house.One room of improvement could be better lighting on the hall bath. Very darkThe water for the master bath was challenging, but eventually figured it out.Would’ve liked to see more face- hand towels - Everything else was perfect. Really enjoyed, the stay. I’m a landscaper:very well done on the back yard - very intimate and private- huge plus I would stay here again.

Beautiful comfortable home with everything we needed for a 4 day trip to the Cape. Centrally located in the middle cape to enjoy everything . The Host provided us with enough information to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely look to stay here again if the home is available on our next mini vacation

Property location good, clean great layout.

House was great and very much like the pictures. We enjoyed grilling, playing bocci ball and enjoying the house. Weather wasn't great so spent more time at the house than anticipated. Proximity to Main street Chatham, shopping and local golf was very convenient. One recommendation is to enhance the silverware supply.

House just as picured. Great location for our first trip to Cape Cod. Could have used a few more towels but overall clean and a great stay!

We had a trip planned to see the Cape, Martha’s Vineyard & Nantucket. This location was perfect. The house was immaculate and so darling! We loved it.

Pro's: Beautifully decorated, nice sunroom, nice deck, quiet neighborhood Con's: We had to wash sheets when we arrived in one bedroom because they were dirty, only 5 forks in the drawer, overall not clean (cobwebs and dust), washer and dryer is extremely old, handful of towels and no hand towels, paid a cleaning fee but still had to strip our own beds before we left and empty the dishwasher, old sets of pots and pans. Realistically, this could be a 5 star place if you invested a little money in it (ie. new washer/dryer, new set of pots and pans, more silverware, and more towels).

The home was lovely. There were a few glitches with supplies, but I contacted the management company and my needs were addressed.
