4 Mi to Beaches: Alluring Largo Hideaway!

Great house and great location to the beaches and stores and restaurants

Pool stayed clean throughout the rain, we had enough toilet paper for the full trip, enough kitchen plates, bowls cups forks. Enough room for everyone to spread apart.

First the property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything you might need. House is very spacious we had 12 people and there is plenty of room to spread out and weren't cramped. Found the house to be very clean. Generous amount of towels for use at the beach or pool. I was surprised that the pantry was stocked with a variety of spices that you could use for cooking. The pool is not heated so it may be a little chilly in the mornings, but warms up later in the day.Overall I highly recommend this property for a large family gathering. Price was reasonable compared to similar sized homes. Should we return to the area for another vacation, i would definitely rent this house again.

Gather from every where to celebrate wedding of family member. Chance for cousins to meet and pens time together. This house was spacious and allows us ro spend time together but also allow for privacy.

The house was nice and in a great location. Safe and easy access to beaches and shopping.

We enjoyed the location and the home had plenty of space for all.

I’ll start with the positive first. Beds and bedding were clean and generally comfortable. The refrigerator was clean inside. Other than that very disappointed with the property. While the house was “clean”, i.e. a cleaning crew came through and wiped off surfaces, the house is grimey, sticky, and generally filthy. The kitchen was particularly gross, with the cupboards all covered in grease and grime, the cabinet pulls all sticky with visibly caked on unknown substances and the dishes and cutlery in the cupboards largely dirty. The panty was so full of junk there was no where to store food and other items during our visit. The floor was so dirty that the bottom of my children’s feet were black after walking in the house barefoot for an hour. The pool deck was covered in dirt. The pool furniture (all 4 chairs) had animal feces on them. There was trash on the pool deck. A ring of black mold around the pool. The pool so cold that it wasn’t usable in April. The outdoor kitchen was beyond disgusting and totally unusable. The patio seat cushions stained and visibly dirty. The door handle for the slider to the patio was black with filth. This is the type of place where each person is given one towel and wash cloth. The washing machine had visible black mildew in it and the drier vent looked like it had never been cleaned. Ever. When we arrived we contented the property management company with some of these concerns. We were told prior guests had no issues. Beware.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was just as described. We had great communication from the owners. Seemless check-in. The place is very quiet with beautiful, peaceful surroundings despite being on a busy street. Lots of room for a family celebration with 14 people. Close enough to the beach and St. Pete Pier to enjoy both.

Nine person family gathering for 4 nights. House conveniently located to shopping and tourist spots/parks/beaches. Bedrooms & beds comfortable especially the large bedroom downstairs with pretty views of the pond. Artistic lighting in some of the rooms. The screened pool was well used and clean. Lots of space to gather especially lanai overlooking the pool. Some toilet issues at first that needed to be reported and were taken care of by management .
