Enjoy this 4 story unattached town home with a fantastic view of the city from 4th level rooftop deck! Contemporary living, smart-enabled access, rooftop view of the city, garage parking, complete with Wifi, stainless steel appliances, comfy sectional for additional sleeping area, smart surround sound system, second floor deck, 3 bedrooms available, 3.5 baths available. Due to owner’s allergies, this is a smoke-free, pet free home. We are walking distance from NRG stadium and the medical center. Minutes from Downtown, Pearland and the the Galleria area.

This is a smart house complete with alarm system, keyless entry, smart thermometers, and camera on the first floor, entrance and exit and one space in covered garage.

Absolutely, NO PARTIES/EVENTS on the property. If we see more people entering the house than what was specified at booking, we will contact the police to have you removed from the property immediately. You will then be assessed a fine of $1000 (forfeit of damage deposit).

Parking:
Free street parking on Engelmohr Street and Knight Rd, but may get a ticket or towed for parking on Naomi Street. Please DO NOT park in the alley directly behind the garage door. There is one spot in the garage. Send me your email to gain remote access for garage. Also, feel free to park in front of house, across Knight Road on Engelmohr Street.

Front Entrance:
Door code will be sent separately. Door auto lock after 30 seconds.

Safety :
The alarm panel and front door codes are the same and the front door locks automatically after 30 seconds. There are also fire detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher located on the 2nd floor in the cabinet under the kitchen Island.

Amenities :
We have, utensils, plates cookware, coffee pot, toaster, clean towels for your convenience. There Is also a basket of sample size toiletries (lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, mouth wash) for you convenience. It’s located in the master bathroom cabinet (3rd floor).

House Rules:
Please do not keep the sliding door or rooftop door open. It sends me an alert after 5 minutes.
Thank you for not smoking and not bringing small children or pets. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony and/or roof. You can set the alarm every night with the same code as the door.

Registered Guests Only:
No external guests are allowed in the property apart from registered guests for overnight stays. There will be a $100 nightly fee for more than 3 guests.

Smoke Free:
This is a smoke free property. This includes legal and illegal substances. You may smoke on the rooftop.

NO Parties/Events:
Parties/Events are prohibited on property. Our neighbors monitored the house along with our outside cameras. If you have a party/event, we will contact the police to have you removed from the property immediately. You will then be assessed a fine of $1000 and forfeit the rest of your stay.

Damage/broken Items:
Accidents happen. Please let me know If you break something so that I can replace for the next guest as soon as possible. Feel free to send picture.

Cancelation or trip shortage:
No cancellations or trip shortenings are allowed after check-in.

Temperature:
The heating/ac unit can only be adjusted by me. There’s a $50 fee per day for below 72 temp in the warmer months or higher than 78 in the cooler months. Please let me know if you need temp adjusted.

Fans:
There are ceiling fans in all of the rooms. To turn on, flip the light switch closes to the fan (the one that doesn’t turn on the lights). Hit the up arrow on the remote next to the switch. Wait roughly 6 seconds and the ceiling fan will start moving.

Check out:
Check out is at 11am. Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher. Please place used towels/sheets in basket at the top of the stairs on the 3rd floor. Put all trash in trash bin at the back of the house (right side of garage).

    We picked this condo specifically for it's proximity NRG stadium. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. The condo did not disappoint. It was a short, safe walk to the NRG stadium. The host was wonderful. She allowed us to check in early. The place was very clean and very well kept. There was a little problem with the AC unit, but a quick couple texts to the host and the problem was solved. I would highly recommend this condo, especially if you are attending an event at NRG stadium.

    If you need access to NRG it is perfect. Industrial area but felt safe. Easy access to 610. Grocery/ restaurant nearby. Host was responsive.
