Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely clean cottage, well equipped with everything we needed for a family holiday. Good location with easy access to the coast. Very handy having the village shop across the road and the (dog friendly) pub a stone's throw away. Would recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Comfortable cottage - well equipped, with generous sized bedrooms. The space downstairs is a real squeeze for 6 people though. Additional downstairs toilet is a bonus. Lovely enclosed garden. Great location.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A great location and some thoughtful extras at the cottage, for example the welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and wine.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Ringstead is a great location. Cottage is clean and furnished tastefully. All bedrooms are a good size. Kitchen had every we needed. Grassy back garden and our children loved the novelty of parking at the back and coming through the back gate through the garden to the house. The outdoor space was safe and perfect for our young children to enjoy. Only negative is that we found the front door key a bit tricky to use in the lock and it didn't always turn first time. Fridge door shelf broke which was a mild inconvenience but hopefully will be fixed for next guests as we informed the Letting Agent.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely well equipped comfortable cottage in a great location close to village shop and an excellent pub, the Gin Trap Inn. Easy to get to all the coastal villages. We went to the Lifeboat Inn in Thornham for dinner which was excellent.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The cottage was in an excellent location very suitable for the places we wanted to visit. Everything in the cottage was in good working order, the car parking was adequate and the village shop could not have been nearer. We had an enjoyable holiday and would certainly consider returning on another occasion and would recommend the cottage to friends. Thank you

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a good property with a good location but just spending a little attention on the detail and cleanliness in certain areas would make it better. Good Points - 1. Location and proximity to coast and other places of interest. 2. Size of Bedrooms - pictures make these appear smaller 3. Garage Bad Points - 1. Cleanliness of kitchen - worktops, cupboards, cutlery tray, utensils and crockery - had to put everything through dishwasher before first use! 2. Cupboard under stairs messy and not safe - saws on shelves, one just above door. 3. Garden was a little overgrown - more attention needed on a regular basis during summer months. 4. WiFi was poor 5. Covers on settees could have been cleaner 6. Some of the old fashioned furniture could be updated (e.g. dresser in main bedroom) 7. Twin room should have a wardrobe 8. Toilet - should have been cleaned better

Stayed Dec 31, 1969first of all score out of 10 - would give it 8 1/2 stayed the week with our grandchildren - location , could not be better - close to hunstanton, farmer fred`s ( great for the grandkids) near heacham and very easy to get to the beach - the cottage was well equipped, garden (enclosed) safe for the grandkids, the cottage was very clean and tidy and comfortable. excellent shop opposite, sold every thing from fish fingers to craft beer( I enjoyed the ADNAMS broadside ) the local pub - GIN TRAP - 5 minute walk - very good pub ( but a bit lacking in the play area for kids ) to explain the score - the shower needs updating and the garden needed mowing - but that said i would certainly stay there again and would highly recommend it
