The house was gorgeous, spacious, very clean, well-maintained and well-supplied! Large bedrooms, bathrooms and showers, with great storage that made it easy to keep ourselves organized. Ample seating inside and outside, with nice touches such as an outdoor shower and bathroom access. The heated pool made a huge difference in being able to spend time lounging and chatting in it while enjoying the amazing view. We loved the location: the view of the beaches and Coco Bay from the decks, bedrooms and infinity pool was a highlight. We enjoyed the serenity of being away from the noise and bustle of the streets, yet only a few minutes drive to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. We even got to watch and hear monkeys in the trees beside the house! A steep driveway was the only small negative to the location, but the views this created from being higher up made it very worthwhile, and our rented cars had no problems with it.Clear instructions were provided for arrival, entry, the safe, grill, speaker system, etc. The property manager always responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. They provided great information and organized car service, restaurant advice and reservations, etc.We would all love to stay at Villa Vida Moderna again!

Our family of 6 spent a week at this beautiful villa. The view on entering the villa is breathtaking. It is gorgeous inside and out with everything you need, provided. Huge indoor space, equipped with top of the range appliances. The bedrooms were all large and extremely comfortable. We spent a lot of our time outside on the large outdoor area. No bugs at night. It was great. The view is stunning. Just a little noise from stray dogs at night which travels up from the town below, so light sleepers should take ear plugs but it did not affect our experience at all. We had the most wonderful week. The team at Rich coast vacations were exceptionally helpful. They responded to all our questions straight away and were so helpful. It really made a difference. Highly recommend this beautiful villa. Would happily return.

The home was great, communication and the response of any issues were handled expeditiously. They were always kind and provided answers to any questions that were asked of them. Property could stand to purchase a new sofa for the living room as it is pretty worn, paint off the wall in master bathroom was chipped and should be painted.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Moderna! We were blown away the moment we got there - the pictures are great but in person it is bigger and more beautiful…and the breathtaking views just mesmerized us. We were traveling with 4 young ladies and it was great that the main bedroom was in the first floor and the other rooms were on the second floor. We each had our privacy but could come together in the main living area. We were thrilled to have the monkeys right outside in the trees…so much fun to watch.

This vacation was absolutely unforgettable! The home is even more stunning than the photos—modern, spacious, and perched high with sweeping ocean views from every room including the bathrooms that took our breath away every single day. From the sleek design to the gorgeous infinity pool and luxurious amenities, everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Each bedroom felt like a private sanctuary, and the open-concept living spaces made us feel immersed in nature.One of the highlights was the incredible wildlife right outside our door—we woke up to the sounds of colorful birds, spotted monkeys swinging through the trees, and were surrounded by beautiful butterflies throughout the property. It truly felt like paradise.What made this trip even more special was the outstanding service from Rich Coast Vacations. Their team took care of everything, from arranging our private driver (who was friendly and reliable), to scheduling personal chefs who cooked us fresh, delicious meals. They also booked a dinner at the nearby castle. They set up WhatsApp so they have instant contact for anything!One note for future guests—the driveway is very steep, and not all vans can make it to the top. This place was amazing. It was modern, very clean, located in the private community of Coco Bay Estates where we had access to Pickleball, tennis and a beautiful tropical pool. The house is perfect for 4 couples with plenty of space and the ocean view is spectacular! We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a week and from booking to exit nothing but praise. The home is sitting on a cliff with stunning views. The rental comes with complimentary pass for the estates club house. There is a gym , restaurant & pool for those days you don't want sand in your toes. Far as the home just amazing. Marco and the Rich coast team we're available for all your needs. I highly recommend using Rich Coast for your next vacation rental. For us we are already planning our next visit and we just got home yesterday..

House was everything promised and more. Beautiful, modern, very well equipped. Checkin/out simple. House manager was very responsive and helpful with our trip. 3 adult couple with room for a 4th. Will be back!!!!

Vacation of a lifetime made to feel like a white glove 5 star bespoke concierge experience thanks to the instantaneous and anticipatory service from Rich Coast Vacations! The property itself was beyond expectations and stunning in every respect. Equipped beyond every possible need, spotless and surreal. A gem. Would return. Rich Coast made the additional experiences we added (tours for snorkelling, zip lining, jingle water slides, sloths, rainforest and waterfall swims) sensational. For any minor items that needed attention, the team was just a WhatsApp message away, day or night. Incredible.

We had a tremendous experience at this beautiful home! It was completely what I was looking for in a vacation home for our family of eight. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the spectacular views from every area of the house, including the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house accommodated so well, with each family member enjoying their own private bedroom/ensuite, with balcony access, walk-in tile showers, and generous closet space. Patio was a wonderful area to gather, relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, while taking in the beautiful view. Pool was great too! Would have been even better if it were heated since it doesn’t get a lot of sun (your skin will thank you), but that was never really an issue given you have pool access at the beach club. And the Coco Bay Beach Club was a wonderful amenity. We enjoyed Sugoi and the staff there so much and spent lots of time at the pool and gym. The driveway to the house takes a little navigating because it is so steep, but very much worth the view and provides great exercise. One other important thing to note, Rich Coast is a great management company. Their team, Kerri, Rebeca, Jose, Marian and others did a tremendous job of taking care of our every need from pre-arrival questions, to making sure we had everything we needed at the house, scheduling transportation, excursions, spa services, grocery store recommendations…EVERYTHING. Instant responses, most impressive. Highly recommend all around!
