Stayed Oct 9, 2025It was such a lovely home. The location was so convenient and the house was so perfect. There was a basement with games for the kids. The beds were comfy and it had a great yard. Could not recommend more! Thank you!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025The home was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. It had a beautiful backyard area with a grill and bbq pit! Just 15 minutes from the bike path.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025This is our 2nd year at the property and it's never a disappointment. Lots of room and options for our 3 generations to choose from. The host goes out of her way to make my mother who uses a walker feel right at home. Love the back patio, lots of bed options, ac in each room. My kids love the game room sanctuary downstairs. I love the close proximity to Chatham and Red River beach. We will be back. Thanks for another great stay. My father is already trying to redo his house to look like yours

Stayed Jun 26, 2025We had a great time staying here and it accommodated everything we needed for 10 girls. The check in process was a breeze and Sandra was a great communicator. The window units kept the house cool, and the backyard was so fun to hang out in with the overhead lights. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, grilling, baking, trays and platters. Great location, close by to beaches, and center of Harwich. House has beach towels, plenty of towels to shower and beach chairs! If we plan to do another trip we will definitely come back here!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Loved this house for our annual cape vacation. Plenty of room for the whole family. Carol was excellent at communicating with me about making the stay possible for my mother who needed a few extra things. The house is fully stocked with loads of towels/sheets. My son adored the game room basement and I think we could have sat out back around their fire pit all week long. Great house great location.
