This new East Nashville home is a 3-mile Uber to all of the fun on Broadway - Honky Tonk bars, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Music City Center, etc. There is a Kroger a mile away for groceries and the 5 Points strip of restaurants & bars is less than 2 miles away as well. Stayed Oct 31, 2025We had such a wonderful time in this amazing house! Not a bad Uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. Bob was extremely responsive in any of the questions and needs that I had! House was clean and had all the day to day necessities that were needed! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend trip to Nashville. Extremely clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Loved the hot tub with a view of the Nashville skyline and sunsets!

Stayed Sep 14, 2023This house is an easy Uber ride to anywhere. Offers plenty of space to relax. When we arrived the hot tub wasn’t working. I emailed Bob and he was able to have someone come out and fix it quickly. Would definitely book again.

Stayed May 11, 2023I would absolutely stay at this VRBO when traveling to Nashville again. Our host was super helpful and flexible with our travel arrangements and the place fit all of our needs. It was clean and had all the necessities needed. Location was good and back deck was super nice with hot tub and grill for cookout. Unfortunately weather did not permit use of deck. Host was available for all questions and enjoyed all that Nashville had to offer. You will not be disappointed when staying at this property.
