This is one of the best vacation spots in the area. It's an immaculate 4 bed/3 bath two Story on 3rd St. Sleeps 8-10 (King, King, Queen, 2 Twins and sleeper sofa) .All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The living area is tremendously spacious.
It has a great dock with a fish cleaning station. You can fish right in the back of the property or hop on your boat and cruise to plenty of fishing hot spots.
Central A/C, washer/dryer, hi speed internet service, dishwasher. Private pool.

Stayed Dec 20, 2025The place worked very well with our extended family gathering for Christmas plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, gathering spaces both indoors and by the pool and the canal - very enjoyable - we had a small issue with the shower and it was addressed very promptly (thanks to George for taking care of us) - thanks so much for letting us use this place!!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025This is a great space for large groups. We were able to comfortably house 5 adults and 4 teens. Plenty of space, pool was lovley & we were able to keep the boat docked and zip right out to go fishing. Dock fishing on windy days was great for the kids as well. Could the home use a little updating? Yes. However, we are pretty easy to please as long at it is clean and we can go fish. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025The property is beautiful. Location is beautiful. House was exceptional. George, the maintenance director responded quickly to any calls and took care of any glitches promptly. The outside of property needs to be updated: Cracks in cement, mold in places, not enough chairs for a property that supposed to accommodate 10.

Stayed Mar 16, 2024This was our favorite spot to be in Key Colony, we will be back. This was everything we wanted for our vacation. Great fishing and restaurants near. Perfect for our boat docking and awesome private pool. We absolutely loved it. Awesome host, the best!
