4 bedrooms/4bathroom House 1 mile from Beach on Wide Canal with Pool and Jacuzzi

Location location location! Wonderfully equipped home! Great views and a refreshingly warm pool! Owner was extremely easy to reach as well!

Everything was exactly as described and pictured in the listing, I would not hesitate to rent this listing again.Very convenient location and very comfortable, clean and maintained.

We’ve been to this property twice. It’s very quiet, and directly on the intercoastal. We loved having breakfast in the morning watching the water and wildlife. But the biggest draw for us is the private in-ground pool and hot tub surrounded by a block wall. Very intimate. Updated kitchen and living room. Very nice!

Probably is located on a quiet street pretty easy to find the pool spa area is really nice just needed to be cleaned up a little bit inside of the house was really nice the glass doors that you can see through the water through the deck was really nice the only thing is that the two bedrooms of the back of the house are connected but we were able to figure out to separate them by closing the one door going in and out of the pool area that way they didn't have to walk through the sleeping area the other bedroom but other than that honestly it's a really nice place we did have somebody come up to the house and wanted to park their vehicle under the cover where I was parking because he said he knew the owner and he was being persistent about it it finally had to tell him look when we leave you asked the owner to put the vehicle there cuz I'm not doing that but other than that it was a pleasant stay

We totally enjoyed our stay! It was nice and quiet, absolutely beautiful. My husband enjoyed having his breakfast on the back patio every morning. We both enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen was great, especially the refrigerator. They are currently replacing the furniture, but the very colorful and beautiful dining table is still there. The property manager was very nice, kind and thorough. It took us a couple of times to figure out how to work the hot tub. We definitely will be back. It is our favorite place out of all the places we have stayed the past 3 years. Thank you so very much for helping us make wonderful memories.

We ended up not staying at this vacation rental after arriving to find it unsatisfactory. Pool and patio furniture were filthy. Parts of the house inside were filthy. Absolutely no check in process. They just left the house key under the front door mat. We felt very uncomfortable the minute we walked into it. So, didn't stay and had to book several different hotels for our entire stay. I would not recommend this house to anyone.

We had a great stay for our family vacation. Upon arrival, we were met by one of the property managers. He gave us a tour and explained the pool control panel. There was an issue with the refrigerator that was quickly resolved. The location is great with Publix and Dunkin a few minutes away. The beach was also a short drive. The pool area was really spacious and clean. The views of the canal from both inside the house and outside were amazing! Sitting on the deck drinking my morning coffee was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

This place has an amazing vibe. When you’re sitting in the living room, it looks like you are floating on the water from the intercoastal. We loved the hot tub as well! The outside of the pool surroundings probably needs a good cleaning, and or painting of the house, and the lawn furniture is a bit dated, but we overall had no complaints! Would stay there again!

The owners were responsive to texts messages and came out right away to fix an issue we had. We had record breaking rainy weather during our stay which is out of everyone’s control but it was nice that there were puzzles and board games to help occupy a bored 8 year old. The pool and hot tub were amazing when the storms let up enough for us to use them. Also the property was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood and was centrally located to everything in the Pompano/Lauderdale area. We had family staying in Lauderdale by the sea and were able to get to their place within 10 minutes.

plenty of room for 6 adults, the twin beds are not so comfortable, the house and area are very nice
