4 Bedrooms, Heated Private pool, hot tub, Game room, and Water Front View!

No heat in basement. We were told heated Pool and we got there and were told closed, this one of the reasons we booked.The deck and outside Grill were dirty and the grill was so bat if that if I owned it I would get rid of it. House temp was hard to control.

Our stay was a perfect getaway for my family to celebrate our mothers birthday. The host was extremely helpful with anything we needed during our stay and the property is extremely beautiful with plenty activities to do. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area or just wants great views of the lake and privacy.

Family weekend. Plenty of room everything we needed.

Stayed for a family vacation with 4 kids under 9 yrs old. Had an awesome time lots of things to do nearby.

Nice house with a great view! Pool and hot tub was nice. Pool isn’t very deep. Probably around 5 feet max. 2 refrigerators were nice to have. Would definitely book again!

Check in was simple. The house had everything you needed like trash bags, paper towels, body wash, and pool towels!

Pool & view were absolutely awesome. Quiet location but close to everything we would need. Highly recommend for a Lake Cumberland getaway!

Nice home, grocery delivery available, close to two diff Marinas, nice size salt water pool.The master bedroom needs to have clarification of the “bathroom” set up. The couch is an absolute no go for us, very uncomfortable, doesn’t connect and slides all over the place.

Great house and lost of fun things to do!

The lot was beyond our expectations. Absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. The place had everything we needed. Pool, hot tub, space, kitchen needs, parking space a plenty, nice cozy living room. Only 4 stars because the outside was dirty. We cleaned off the decks and the webs and took us twice to clean the table. Had a bad grease fire in the grill as it is clogged and could be very dangerous. Needs fixed. Not being cared for. GFI broken in one bathroom. Downstairs bedroom and game room no one wanted to use. Very dank and mildew odor. Some roof shingles missing so maybe water getting in. But the upstairs was wonderful. Fortunately we didn’t need the fourth bedroom downstairs but don’t count on 4 bedrooms. Some outlets didn’t work, television remote. Just little stuff. Needs some care, but we had a wonderful weekend. Daughter and two kids were happy in two bedrooms upstairs. Great views from those and the master bedroom was beautiful. Overall great stay but with the things mentioned couldn’t give it 5 stars.

It fit us perfectly. Enough bathrooms and bedrooms. The kids never wanted to leave the vacation house, they wanted to play in the game room all day. Would like to book in the summer so they could use the pool. Great views.

Check in was easy. Very nice place. Plenty of room to visit with family. Would be very enjoyable in the summer when the pool is open. My grandson enjoyed the basketball game. Two drawbacks. First, we had 5 people who needed to shower in the morning, hot water was nearly depleted by the third so the last two took cool showers. The other is the driveway is STEEP, so taking the trash out was a nice workout!! Otherwise we enjoyed the property and would consider returning.

David was very helpful and accommodating with my request for hosting a Thanksgiving dinner. I had another house lined up was cancelled on short notice due to a double booking issue. David was able to get me and my family in without an issue. We had a large group (15 total) and had zero issues with the house. Kitchen and TV room were spacious and the downstairs game room kept the younger kids occupied while we cooked dinner.

The house was beautiful. The location and sites were wonderful. We would stay again. The cleanliness would be the thorn. We pulled out some plates from the cabinet for dinner and there were little pieces of food still on them. We took two plastic cups apart and water came out of one of them. I little more time on emptying the dishwasher and we wouldn’t have known. Also, getting the broken shuffleboard out of the patio would have been nice. As I stated earlier, we would stay again. Great place

We were happy with the property.

We had a great time. Property is as described but nothing caprepare you for the fantastic views.

The home was clean, fresh and well organized. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities that we required for preparing meals. Loved viewing the scenery while socializing on the deck and playing with the neighbors dog who came to visit daily. Two observations that may require attention: It appears there was a previous water leak in the lower level because one of the ceiling tiles has developed mold. Secondly, please consider a handrail for the front porch as a safety enhancement for 70+ senior citizens. To sum it up, our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will consider a return visit in the future.

The house was wonderful lots of space for a large family.Very clean ,nice pool and hot tub with a deck that overlooks to the lake Cumberland it has a nice spot to park a boat at top of property. I would stay there again nice quiet place very peaceful to enjoy family time

11 forever friends spent a weekend on Lake Cumberland. House was perfect!! Check in was easy, house was perfect location, everything we needed! David was very helpful with Wi-Fi, pool was refreshing with lots of rafts and towels. We will definitely be back!
