This completely remodeled, comfortable, spacious three level Mountain Townhome at Red Pine, is nestled at the base of Park City Canyons Village Resort, just 25 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport in Salt Lake City, Utah. Walk to the lifts, the cabriolet and main gondola or use the the Canyons Connect free ride service.
Wonderful views of the mountains from almost every window. Beautiful 20 foot floor to ceiling rock fireplace with gas log and large sunny windows. Vaulted ceilings in the living area and master bedroom. Twelve minute walk to the lifts at the fabulous Park City Ski Resort, or use Canyons Village Connect free ride service. You may also catch a free shuttle to Deer Valley or Historic Main Street down the hill at the main parking lot. Four total bedrooms each with private bath.
Charming waxed pine furniture throughout with two cozy fireplaces. Newly remodeled kitchen with Quartz countertops. Plank white oak floors and carpet in Great Room. New granite countertops and Italian tile floors in the four bathrooms. Dining table seats eight. Comfortable chairs and sofa with down cushions in living area. Four bedrooms on three floors are completely private, each with its own newly tiled bathroom. Down comforters on each bedstead: three king bedrooms, plus a bunk room with two comfortable built-in beds (each has a full size mattress). Four large pine armoires for storage. New stainless steel appliances and fully equipped kitchen. Quality linens provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Year round heated pool, two large hot tubs and sauna are located at nearby clubhouse. Free tennis courts and three pools open in summer.

This condominium is bright and sunny with 20 foot vaulted ceilings in living area and master bedroom. Floor to ceiling rock fireplace in living area and another fireplace in master suite. Large windows to the ceiling with beautiful views. Plenty of space (2300 square feet). Quiet end unit with extra window in kitchen that overlooks expansive grassy slope where small children can play or sled. Walk directly out porch/balcony to the grass and walkways. Three HD cable TVs. Two parking spaces, one covered. Free WIFI available. Locking closet outside for for skis or bikes. Common area with four tennis courts, volleyball, horseshoes, two outdoor pools, (one heated in winter) and childrens pool, two large hot tubs, sauna, and picnic area with BBQ.

Canyons Village Connect offers free private ride service to the lifts during the ski season to owners and guests at Red Pine Condos. Free bus service to Park City center ski lifts, Deer Valley Ski Resort and the Park City Historic District, which is just three miles away. There you will find many restaurants and charming shops. The Olympic Sports Park with museum, ski jumps, luge, and bobsled runs is one mile away. Groomed cross country course is a half mile away. Limited cross country skiing just outside the door. Walk up to the Canyons Village with shops, restaurants and gondola or walk down to the cabriolet/people-mover at the main parking lot.

    Perfect for our group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, roomy kitchen/great room. Comfortable beds plenty of hot water. Excellent parking arrangement. Always the first stop by CV connect at end of day. Would book again.

    Wonderful location to Canyons village. House had everything we needed and clean. There was access to clubhouse with indoor and outdoor hot tub and heated pool for use in the winter too. Great accommodations for our trip that included kids and adults!

    Stayed for 8 days in the condominium at Red Pines in Park City. Five of us, all adults. The location was close to the slopes but walking would require 10-15 minutes in ski boots and carrying equipment. But the Canyons Connect shuttle is as advertised-superb. Morning wait was usually 3 minutes, not much difference in evening. Pick-up and drop-off were directly at your door. Couldn’t have been easier.Condo itself is quiet and comfortable. Four bedrooms/four bathrooms. Living space a great hang-out area with comfortable couches and chairs, fire place, large dining room table. Kitchen on small side but very well equipped with plates, glasses, silverware and cookware. Dishwasher functional but on older side. Of note, excellent lighting throughout, not always the case with condo rentals.House was very clean. Bedrooms with comfortable beds, plenty of blankets. Bathrooms clean and well supplied with towels. Newer models washer and dryer. Plenty of dishwasher and laundry soap but need to supply own shampoo/soap/conditioner. Only moderate issue was in bedroom with bunk beds, mattresses were quite comfortable but the top bunk has large windows without shades and a noisy vent right next to it making sleeping for my adult son somewhat challenging. Shades and a way to decrease the ventilation noise would be helpful. Overall, an excellent experience and solid property. Communication with the owners was easy and almost instantaneous. Would rent again without hesitation.

    The condo was very clean and close to the cabriolet, but it's best to take the CV Connect shuttle using the app. The rooms were adequate with everything you needed and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. We really enjoyed our stay Family of 6

    Accommodations were excellent! Easy and close access to the mountain, restaurants and shopping. This is the 3rd year we have stayed here and it is the best location and such a cozy, warm family friendly place! The host is wonderful and makes sure all your needs are met. Have already rented this unit again for next year. A Christmas ski trip family tradition!

    Ideal position but giving lots of freedom but a short distance from mountain base. Excellent accommodation with all the comforts of home.
