4 Bedroom LUX House/with Pool Next Door

Perfect home, clean, and had all the necessities. Beth also left us some snacks which we loved!

This house was great! We had a cozy night in the tv room with the fireplace on. Plenty of space for us. We cooked breakfast and relaxed. It was close enough to Salem and Boston to drive. We even took an uber to Salem one night. There are games at the house to play too. It was perfect for a girls trip! Beth was great and very communicative. She came by to introduce herself and let us know that a storm was coming. I recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at this home.The home was absolutely beautiful, It was nice that each of us had a bedroom. Each morning we had coffee in the pretty parlor, while planning our day. Every evening, we would hang out in the cozy living room. It was a great room to end our day after exploring the area. It is decorated beautifully. We appreciated how clean everything was. Communication with the host, Beth, was wonderful and she was very helpful suggesting great things to do in the area.She even sent her nice husband over to show us how to get the coffee grinder to work. The welcome basket was huge and very much appreciated. We snacked from it every night. Gloucester is a lovely town and I would love to go back someday. We would definitely stay at Beth’s home again. Thank you for everything you did to make our trip great!

We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful girls trip. Beth was great to work with and was there if we needed anything. The home was beautiful and I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful, very clean and neat. Super easy check in and check out process. Quiet neighborhood and nice people around.

The house was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and linens available. We were able to use the pool, which was clean and heated! We also used the grill one day and the fire pit a couple of times. Beth and her family were friendly and very responsive, and she gave us great restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect for our needs-- less than 10min to downtown Gloucester and about 1/2hr to Salem. Would definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again!

All together we had 7 family members. Plenty of room in the house. Large kitchen/eating area. TV in kitchen Lovely and cozy rooms, one with fireplace and comfy sofas. The other with TV, electric fireplace with Flames that can turn colors. Comfy couches. Large bathroom/washer and dryer room. This one had a stand-up shower and a soaking tub along with toilet and sink. Plenty of towels in the closet above the washer and dryer. Beautiful foyer through the front door with high ceiling and Chandelier. So pretty. Upstairs is four bedrooms and another full bath. Four bedrooms are large and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We slept well. Outside are plenty of comfortable chairs sit on Deck. We enjoyed our evenings at the fire pit. We walked over to the lake it was very common to. There is a pool at the owner's house but we did not take advantage of that.

The accommodations were fantastic. Beth was great to work with as well. We would stay there again if we could.

Beth was fantastic. The place was clean and she had everything in the house. The location was close to everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip for the weekend!!!Would absolutely stay there again!!

Everything was great!

Check in was smooth. Host met us at our car on a very dark and rainy arrival. Host ran down the important items, including her phone number to communicate via text. Kitchen facilities were exceptiinal. Host had a very big and beautigul welcome basket filled with treats.

Great property! Very clean and spacious. Four nice, big bedrooms. The porch is a wonderful place to sit with plenty of shade. Hosts could not have been nicer. Would return to this property in a heart beat.

We had such a great time in a beautiful house, it accommodated everyone very comfortably. Location is very close to the Marina and the downtown but quiet at night to support exhausted guests. Would definitely visit again.

A beautiful, well presented, roomy house, in a peaceful setting, with access to a pool. What more do you want? Despite the peaceful location, it is only a few minutes drive to Gloucester. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here and were made to feel very welcome by the lovely hostess and her family.

Beth was wonderful and the house was really clean and sweet. It was a fantastic place to stay.

We had a great time at Beth’s house. The listing and photos truly reflect the house. We stayed for 2 very comfortable weeks and fully utilised all the amenities within the house. It has a well-stocked kitchen with ample equipment to cook meals in the house. This was an important element for us, as staying for 2 weeks we wanted to be able to self-cater. The bedrooms are spacious and having 2 living areas downstairs, apart from the kitchen, meant everyone had space to do their own thing at different intervals. Beth was great with communicating with us, ensuring we could access the property after a long flight from London without having to worry about meeting a tight schedule. A welcome basket and flowers was a very thoughtful touch. The setting is beautiful with views of the pond from the front of the house. Highly recommend this house, especially for family groups as it is like a home from home.

This property was wonderful and as described in the listing. Host was great. Location was convenient . Out of the hustle and bustle but, close enough to everything.

Nicely decorated and clean house. Got some welcome sweets/wine to get started. T Commuter Rail to Boston is roughly 1km away (but not close enough to hear)

This cute home in Gloucester was perfect for our family of 6! The host lives next door and brought us whatever we needed! Beds were comfortable, house was super clean, and she even had a little activity table set up for the kiddos! No complaints, I would definitely stay here again!!

The place was spotless, The rooms were all spacious, beds very comfortable. Parking worked out great; we each have to drive our own car as we do not live near each other to carpool. Next time I'd like to order sunshine.

The home was wonderful. Plenty of room to spreadout. The only suggestion I have is a stair rail on the staircase would be beneficial.

We had a great stay with Beth!! She was very responsive and friendly! The only real downside is that there isn’t a lot of good places to order food in if you don’t feel like going out and driving a bit. But 15-20 mins down the road there are options. But the property itself is amazing, owners are amazing, and it was very homely! Very easy check in process

This house was perfect for three of my friends and I to stay over four days in Glouster. The hostess answered all of my questions almost immediately. She provided us with a big basket of snacks and wine upon our arrival. The house is big and clean and in a gorgeous neighborhood and area. Easy drive to other locations in Massachusetts. The house was exactly as described. I would most definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and so comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their rooms, beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect just a quick ride into town.

I rented the house so that I could be near the venue for my daughter’s wedding. It was perfect! Spacious to invite friends to visit, and the bridesmaids get ready! The house just contributed to our overall experience! Very nicely decorated, comfortable and so so clean! Quiet, pretty location yet accessible to towns and beach. The house is in the perfect location. Only about two minutes from the ocean and the T so we could easily go into Boston. Access to the pool was amazing especially when the kids began to tire of activities at night. The house is in a very private cul-de-sac and everyone there is so nice and inviting!

You will be amazed at this spacious, very clean home. The beds were very comfortable. They even had a pac n play and high chair for our little grandson! When we arrived we were greeted with an amazing basket full of goodies. Beth, our host was friendly and full of information on restaurants and sight seeing in the area. Beth is also an author and our little guy loved one of her books and she was gracious enough to give him some. Thank you Beth! Located close to the train that took us into Boston for a day trip. The days were warm so the pool was an added bonus. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this home was one of our favorites.

We love staying in the house. Its so conveniently located near our favorite beaches and great restaurants. Beth is a great host and will go above and beyond to make sure we have all we need. This was our second year staying at the house and we are planning on staying next year as well!
