4 Bedroom House at Hampton Beach

place was amazing very clean lots of room four bedrooms. Plenty of room. Great open concept area for our family to be together. Definitely a gem beautiful sunset view at the end of the street as well. also great outdoor space in the back with a beautiful deck to sit on with a grill. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you for having us.

Location is excellent! Near everything. It was a girls weekend attending show at Bernie's beach bar. You can walk everywhere and the cottage has 4 offstreet parking spots and a great backyard with deck, patio furnitre and grill which we didnt use. The only issue we had was the previous occupants left popicles and cool pops and freezer nor fridge was wiped clean and the bath mats were dirty. Other than that it was as expected. I would definitely rent again.

Another great family vacation. Beach, Restaurants, stores and activities all in walking distance.

The house is in a great location!! So close to the beach and all the fun spots. Great place for our entire family . Loved the back yard!!! This is the only house on the street with great parking!!!

House fit our needs perfectly. It was walking distance to almost everything and the perfect size for my family. It was clean and comfy. It does not have any frills and the kitchen could use a few things if you’re planning to cook full meals but overall a great place to stay. We loved the outdoor shower after returning from the beach, enjoyed evenings sitting on the back deck, walks to local restaurants and bars, and the short walk to the beach and strip. We would definitely stay here again. You can see a good portion of the fireworks in Wednesdays from the front of the house too!

Another beautiful week at our favorite beach house. Everyone had a blast the water was alittle chilly this year. Excellent location and lots of space. We love it here.

The house was standard. Great location. Just could definitely been cleaner. But nothing we couldn’t take care of. Thank you for letting us use your place. We all had a great time.

This cottage is advertised correctly. It isn't the most updated and it is clean enough. It has everything you need for a family beach vacation and it is affordable. We had a great weekend hanging out with our family

There was a few things that were in need of attention, cleanliness was one of them. As this rental was a clean up after yourself, the last renters didn’t clean at all… there were missing piece off the bathroom floor, the couch had stains on it and stuck candy, there was garbage in between the cushions, under the beds. The paint on the cupboards were bubbled and peeling, the washer and dryer didn’t work properly… other than that it was in a good location

Was a great location but could have been cleaner..previous renters ???? Had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time at the property. Few hiccups however, the hosts were quick to respond and come to the rescue. The place was a great layout for our family, We had my parents and my college kids stay with us. It was family weekend at UNH. (wish the people before us had cleaned a little better). All good size bedrooms, nice open living space, a very short walk to all the shops, beaches and restaurant. Would stay again for sure!

The property was a lot bigger than expected. For the price the place was well worth it. Short walk up to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. The home also has an outdoor shower. The property had a washer and dryer which allowed us to wash things as needed. The property managers were quick to respond when we had a question and were always polite. For this rental you need to bring all sheets for the beds and towels. Cleaning afterwards is guests responsibility. Which we were 100% okay with but for others this may not be ideal. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you to our host.

We had a very good time. Everything is close. Beach, restaurants, shops. Quiet area.

easy walk to beach

Our family and friends had a wonderful time. The house was clean and open enough space for everyone to move around.The walk to the beach not bad. I would suggest a wagon for this walk. Overall very great time had bye all I would book this house again.
