4 Bedroom Home With Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Kitchen

This house was perfect for 3 couples as it was quite large and each had their own bathroom. It had a fantastic backyard space. The large table outside was perfect for meals and the seating by the pool was comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet location, very clean, and the host was very responsive. I would stay here again!

Nice clean house with a great backyard and pool/hot tub.

Convenient & clean.

Quiet neighborhood, we were in town for a convention and getting away from time to time from all the noise was wonderful. The outside space was over the top. Communication with the property manager was excellent and a breath of fresh air.

Beautiful home, comfortable beds, good location

Unfortunately this stay was not what we would have hoped for. 1- We were not given the information to enter the house like we were supposed to. An hour after we were supposed to receive it I called and then they finally reached out 10-15 minutes after this to give us the information. 2- there was a puke stain on one of the bedroom floors that was not cleaned up. We contacted the owner and they did send the cleaning crew to clean this up but it goes to the cleanliness of the house as a whole. It made us uncomfortable staying here3- the beds were very uncomfortable 4- the hot tub is not able to be used past 9pm- this was a very upsetting finding for us. This information is not included in the house listing or the extra information sent out once this is booked. There is information about quiet time starting at 9pm but no information whatsoever about the hot tub. To use the hot tub, you will need to contact the owners and they then will turn it on for you an allow you to have it on for 3hrs at a time, it takes about an hour to warm up. I can empathize with the fact that they do not want parties or are trying to control the atmosphere with this being Vegas but unfortunately we were two couples on a golf trip and these things made us have a poor experience at this VRBOOne positive thing about this spot is that the owner did respond to us quickly when we needed something and we did really appreciate that.

Pictures are deceiving. Run down, dirty and dilapidated. This house is not as the pictures showed. Carpet was so dirty our socks were filthy after a few hours. Utensils were dirty in the drawers. Beds are massively uncomfortable and the road noise is loud. The rules they sent over were so strict, which is fine, as it their property but we wish they would have held the same high standard they require of those that stay. Would not recommend.

Home was located in the perfect location for getting around Vegas and the backyard was great for relaxing.

The backyard is wonderful to hang out in. It was perfect for our morning coffee. Just needs a few more hand towels throughout all rooms. I hope to be back next year

Awesome back yard and very responsive host!

House was clean and ready upon arrival. Communication was responsive with host. Quiet hours are observed by neighbors as well. Home was easy to get to and had parking in the garage and in the driveway. The outside BBQ was a nice feature and tables were in the shade. Plenty of room for a family.

Great family home!! The pool with thhe BBQ grill was perfect and amazing. Close to strip and shopping area. Home met all our needs. We will definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a very good size for a backyard pool. And the owner, as well as the Las Vegas manager were very responsive to our every need. Great place for a family vacation. Seven of us stayed there in close proximity to my son and his family who live nearby. All of us greatly enjoyed the pool. And access to nearby shopping as well as my son's house may it extremely convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor living area is amazing and the home has lots of living space and different areas for families and friends. Will definitely consider for future visits! Thanks Annie!

This house is great and in a great location for everything

A group of 7 of us stayed here for a golf trip. LOVED the house. The pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and tv were very nice. Host was very responsive to any questions that we had during the stay. House is very modern and updated. 5 stars all the way! Will stay here again!

We had a great time at the Thickett house this past week. I was with my 13yo son, wife, and parents in their 70s. The property worked great for us. The first floor bedroom was great to allow my parents to avoid the stairs, and there was plenty of room throughout for us to be together and have our space. The kitchen was a little lacking of some items that would have been helpful. The highlight of this property through is definitely the back yard. The very large yard with outdoor tv, grill area, plenty of seating to relax, and the nice sized pool and spa were what we enjoyed the most. We did need to text the manager when we wanted the spa turned on, but she was very responsive. We paid to heat the pool, and that was nice, but they will only heat to 80. This did make the pool enjoyable, but a few more degrees would have been nice. They also had a small area with a 8 ft basketball rim that was great for my son to play around with. Neighborhood was quiet, the house does back up to a major road, so there was some road noise, but it wasn't constant. Finally, the location for a Vegas vacation was perfect. We were just 20-25 mins from the airport and the strip, so we were able to get a taste of Vegas and then retreat back to peace of the neighborhood. Also plenty of grocery stores and restaurants near by. In all, this was a good week, and we all enjoyed our stay.

The house was great! Enough room for everyone. Loved the back yard with the pool and hot tub. The hosts where very helpful and answered all questions quickly.

Lots of room and a fantastic backyard. It was too cold for the pool but the hot tub was great and the host was always super quick to respond to any questions. Location was great, lots of grocery stores nearby and 15-20 minutes to the strip and red rock canyon. Little pool table and poster sized scrabble board were nice added touches.

This property was great. The only issue I would mention is the minimal seating options

We travelled to Las Vegas for an EMS Convention and stayed at the Thicket House. The house was very comfortable, in a safe area, with a beautiful outdoor space and pool. The host responded to our questions in a timely manor. The house was well appointed , we had a great time, and we would not hesitate to stay here again

Beautiful house, very responsive hosts, and a fantastic evening for our first time in Vegas. We spend the afternoon in the pool with our little ones, and had a blast! Thank you to our hosts, and we would definitely rent from you again!

It was a nice home in a nice location. We enjoyed the big back yard with our own private pool. Quiet, safe neighborhood with lots to do in the area like shopping and good restaurants. Would book this home again in a second when we come back to Vegas.

The backyard is kept and makes you want to be outside. The pool was perfect temperature and had hours of fun using it. We brought extra pool toys so the kids could have more fun in the pool.
