4 Bedroom Home Walking Distance of Falls - Free Breakfast Delivered Daily

Nice clean house in a safe, quiet neighborhood about a 20 minute walk from the Falls. Pre-check-in confusion was handled quickly by the host. Hot breakfast was a really nice touch. Kids loved the basement suite as well as the tire swing out front. Thanks so much!

We decided to golf the Niagara Falls area, for the first time. There are a good selection of courses there in all price and skill levels. This home accomodates up to 10 people and is well located minutes to Clifton Hill, where there are many restaurants and bars which suited us well for evening entertainment. There was a nice outdoor seating/bbq area. The delivered/included breakfasts were a big hit with us. John, the host was eager to help us have an enjoyable vacation. Would definitely go back.

Lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts. Only negative is that only one ceiling fan worked. Would stay there again.

We had a great but short stay in this comfortable home right outside the commercial area of Niagara Falls. Owner brought a hot, fresh breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful older home in a quiet area. We were able to walk to the falls which took about 15 minutes, longer if you walked to the top of the falls. Worth the walk as parking by the falls is so expensive, but there is parking if you don't want to walk. Working with John was wonderful, we were able to check in early, he responded quickly to the one question I had during our stay and brought us breakfast and juice every morning. The breakfast was such a nice touch and great way to start the day. For us it worked out well that one bedroom was in the basement and the rest were upstairs as our teens were able to each have their own space. The bathroom upstairs is big and the shower pressure is great! The only reason I gave the property a 4 instead of 5 is because there is no bathroom on the main floor and the stairs in the house are steep. The stairs are normal for a house like this, however with having knee issues, the stairs started to get to me. Overall though we had a great stay and felt very comfortable in the home.

Everything was amazing. The place was big, clean and roomy, the food and service was beyond our expectations, and everything was just great!

John was a great host. He was there to greet us and show us around. He provided suggestions on what to do in town and how to make the most of our short time there. Breakfast being delivered was a really nice touch. The house is a work in progress and when totally completed, will be an amazing rental. It worked great for us utilizing the rooms upstairs only. Guys were there working on the fencing one day and I’m sure when they are all done the outside seating will really set this house apart from others nearby. The location is what really makes this the place to stay. Walking distance to the falls (with some hills).
