4 bedroom home downtown Nashville. Hot tub, large patio, fire pit, and game room

The home was beautiful. I did notice for safety reasons that rug tape or different rugs with a rubber back should be added in the kitchen/game room area. I actually slipped entering the home so I immediately removed the rugs from the hard wood floor. Overall, beautiful home but a little pricey to rent.

Grand kids enjoyed playing air hockey. Location of house was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. Loved the snow we got on Saturday evening..... so pretty. Home is very nice and cozy.

We stayed here because of the gorgeous house AND right next to the church where my daughter got married on Saturday! This town is adorable! Sooooo many cute stores explore! We all agreed we need a trip back! This house was modern/comfortable/cozy in every way! We felt very at home and relaxed being here! Those bathrooms were AMAZING by the way!Do consider staying here; you won't be disappointed!

Everything about this house is perfection! If you’re looking to stay in Nashville look no further than 12 South. We had a group of women stay in this house for 2 nights we had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Being able to walk right into town was great! The outdoor space was beautiful. Check-in, parking and check out were a breeze! Can’t recommend this place enough!

We booked this house for my bridal party to stay the weekend in Nashville and we could not have been more pleased! The house is a beautiful backdrop for getting ready photos and we had plenty of room for everyone to get their hair and makeup done. The back patio is huge and perfect for spending time with friends.

We are returning guests to 12 South. Our visit fantastic and has been every time. The home is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly want and then some. Great getaway for full family or couple. Cute town, lots of boutiques and restaurants to enjoy. Thanks for having us!

We had a bachelorette weekend there for my daughter that is getting married in a couple of weeks. It was PERFECT! The home was gorgeous! Communication was superb! The Location was fabulous! We can definitely see using this home again!❤️

my girlfriends and i had an absolutely amazing time here!! There were 11 of us staying for a low key bachelorette party. We originally planned to walk around the town and go to the bars in the evening, but we ended up spending most of our time at the house. It is EXTREMELY walkable to downtown nashville (literally the block right next to it) so we could take short little walks to ice cream, dinner, shopping, etc. plenty of seating for everyone to hang out together, and the outdoor area is beautiful- this is where we hung out, enjoyed a too few many drinks, played games, and just enjoyed each others company. i love to travel and have stayed in too many rental properties to count, and this by far was the best one and exceeded my expectations. Sometimes, the pictures look better than the actual home but this was the opposite- the pictures did not do it justice!! Check in and Check out was so easy, i would highly recommend this for anyone- whether its a large group of friends, family, and couple's get away, bachelorette party, whatever! it was amazing!
