4 Bedroom Hilltop Retreat with Pool, Spa & City Views – Near Saguaro National Park & Downtown

This property is gorgeous, well maintained, clean, quiet, has an amazing view of the city, is close to the national parks and many walking trails of various degrees. Property management was very helpful and prompt when responding to even the smallest inquiry. My son, who lives in the area, described it as big pimpin' but it was far more affordable than what we would've spent on hotel rooms for the 6 of us. We hope to rent it again the next time we come to visit! Thank you!

I’ve stayed at several properties in Tucson over the past six years, but this one was by far the best. The veranda is one of the home’s finest features overlooking the swimming pool, the valley below, and the city and mountains beyond. I especially loved opening the sliding glass door of the master bedroom and stepping directly onto the veranda, where a small sofa offers a sweeping view along its entire length. The scene on a partly cloudy day is simply magnificent. I spent hours there on several occasions.The living room is very comfortable, with a spacious sectional sofa and a large wall-mounted TV perfectly positioned for easy viewing. Reaching the property involves a short ascent up a hill, after which you arrive at a generous parking area and a two-car garage. The garage is especially convenient because it’s fully open with no divider between the spaces, making it easy to pull in, and even easier to exit thanks to the wide, flat surface behind it.

Having stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, we were hesitant to book this property for lack of reviews. Having an establish company like Tucson Vacations representing this rental convinced us to go ahead. Boy, are we glad we did! Hilltop Retreat has everything, from being exceptionally clean and updated, to being located in a very private quiet natural environment complete with numerous Saguaro Cactus! This home has amazing day and night views of Tucson from the Pool and covered Deck area, surrounded by the beautiful Mountain landscape. Top it all off with prompt, excellent communication with our Host Gina, we would absolutely recommend this home and would not hesitate to book it again!

This property is stunning! It is located up on a hill. It is very peaceful and quiet. The views are spectacular! The house is large and very clean. It had everything a family of four needed. My teenage boys had the entire downstairs to themselves with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a living area with big screen TV. The parents had the run of the upstairs with a master suite, a super comfy couch in the living area with a large screen TV. The outside has plenty of comfy seating and an amazing pool! Be aware, the pool is deep. 4-8 feet. So, if you are traveling with little kiddos bring life jackets. It was perfect for us. The boys had a blast splashing around. The host was very responsive! Overall, I highly recommend this location!

Amazing location with great views! Close to mountain trails and also close to shopping etc. Very private and quiet!
