4 Bedroom Gorgeous Beachy Home - Resort Pool - 6 Seater Golf Cart

Property was super clean, and fit our family just right. The 6 seater golf cart made it easy to get around and back and forth to the beach. The house had plenty of beach chairs so it worked out when we didnt bring ours. The public beach is a limited space but just down the road and we didnt have a hard time getting a spot for the day. Communication with owners was great as well!! Lovely pool and community. And some of the softest grass ever for the kids to run around on.

Loved the property and the location. It was very clean. It’s a quick ride on the golf cart to the beach and the community pool is fantastic. There were four adults and 2 kids and we had ample room. Extra fans in the rooms were great to have. The back porch is the best feature and was wonderful to sit on during the rainstorms. A couple things to note - only a single cup Keurig coffee maker, 1 hair dryer, half the grill didn’t light - still grill just takes a little longer, and the fan directly over the bunk beds is worrisome. We just left it off. All in all I’d definitely recommend this location.

When we arrived at the gate we were very pleased with how well maintained the landscape and the overall first impression was AMAZING. We knew right away we made an excellent choice for our beach vacation. We pulled up to our beautiful home with the American Flag waiving and it was picture perfect. Golf cart was how we traveled to the beach and the house offered chairs, boards, umbrellas, etc. not sure if they provide these items or they were left there by previous renter. Beach access was close and had restrooms, shower area, parking was never an issue at the beach in July, bonus! Bring your own bath products as they only have enough for a couple days. The management was always available and we will absolutely be coming back! This area is more family friendly and not a lot of loud party animals out at the beach. That was a blessing. We had an amazing trip to Santa Rosa Island.

Loved this house, neighborhood, backyard, location etc. Such a fun place to stay. Manager was easy to contact and the golf cart was a great bonus! The pool was huge and refreshing and the town was easy to navigate. Parking with the golf cart was also easy near the beach.

We stayed at this beautiful home for one week with our 5 kids and had a great experience. The home is exactly as the photos show- clean and bright and airy. There are TVs in every room, the beds are comfortable and we really loved the outdoor back deck to hang out. The kids loved riding the golf cart to the pool, beach and to the ice cream shop down the road. The pool in the community is by far one of the better pools we have been to. It is HUGE and my kids loved the waterfalls. You could always find available chairs. We loved the location. It was close enough to drive to public beach access and to go visit some of the popular towns like Seaside, but far enough away to come home to a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. We would definitely stay again! Manager was quick to respond to any concerns we had.

Our stay at T's By the Sea was wonderful! The house was clean and well appointed. The location was great with shopping, food, ice cream, and (of course) the beach just a fun golf cart ride away. My wife and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and the kids loved the HUGE pool. The back deck was so comfortable; ideal for games and chats. We are already planning to go back. Thanks for sharing such a great place!

We had a very memorable family vacation at T’s by the Sea! The house is one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, with VERY comfortable beds and all of the amenities you can think of. The provided golf cart was so convenient for a quick ride to the pool, beach, dinner, shopping, etc. I can’t say enough great things about this beautiful property! The pool area is amazing and huge! We had no problem finding lounge chairs or a room in the pool. The beach access is literally 5 minutes away, and we had no problem finding a parking spot for the golf cart! I highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It's in a great location by the beach where you can just hop in your golf cart and run down to the sand or grab a drink and meal at the local bars just a couple of blocks away. By far one of the nicest spots that we have rented through AirBNB. We'll be back again for sure.

Great house, great location and wonderful pool. I would stay stay again.
