The Big Disney Villa is a popular large family villa which is located close to all of Orlando’s Theme Parks and within easy reach of the I4, whilst enjoying a private residential space with pool and Hot tub to unwind in the evenings following a day of adventure.

This spacious yet homely self catering Disney themed villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 2 large living areas, games room, outside covered pool and hot tub, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. A Private driveway at the front of the property accommodates 2 cars comfortably.

As you enter the villa on the Windwood Bay Community you will find the first of 2 large living areas. With L shaped sofa and breakfast table seating 4 people.
The main living area consists of a large open plan living/dining/kitchen space. The comfortable sofas surround a large float screen Roku TV. The other side of the living space offers a fully equipped kitchen with large stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and pantry. The twin basin and worktops are on an island with breakfast bar and 5 stools along with a main dining table seating up to 8 people.

A sliding door from the dining area will take you to a secured and enclosed swimming pool with hot tub. (*Pool/hot tub heat is an additional cost). To the side of the pool you will find an outside picnic table and comfortable pool furniture.

Through the dining area, you will find a WC with external door to poolside along with a large storage closet, washing machine and tumble dryer and the entrance to the converted garage/games room with pool table, football table and air hockey games. There is another large sofa with TV for another seating area.

Upstairs you will find a light and welcoming landing with armchair along with the 4 bedrooms as follows:

Master King Bedroom
This very large room offers a king bed, double sofa, tv and plenty of storage in both the main bedroom and through to the walk in closet, where you will also find a secure lockable safe. Between the bedroom and the walk in closet you will find a full en-suite bathroom with his/hers sinks, a shower cubicle and separate tub.

Queen Bedroom
This second large bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and overhead shower and another walk in closet area.

2 Twin Bedrooms
Both twin bedrooms offer twin beds, a closet, nightstand and drawers, plus a wall mounted tv. The themes of these bedrooms are Star Wars & Frozen. The Frozen themed bedroom also offers an armchair.

Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is shared by both twin bedrooms and offers wc, tub and overhead shower, along with a large worktop space with mirror for getting ready.

Please note that the outside of the property is covered by 4 CCTV cameras to the porch, front and sides of the villa.

*The Pool/hot tub can be heated at an addition charge of $27 a day and can only be booked for the entire length of your stay. Please let us know if you would like it heated so we can send a payment request for the additional. Please note it can take up to 24hrs to be fully heated and will be turned on the morning of you stay commencing.
