This property had very good potentially however the management have completely let it down. Firstly if you have any issues particularly of a complaint nature the company who manage the property go completely silent and avoid communication. This property should also be avoided in Winter months as the top floor which houses the most beds is freezing even if the heating has been on! Overall I would recommend never never booking a property that was managed by this company (DYSA)

What a beautiful home away from home. Check in was nice and easy with a key-safe and we had already received the wifi password before arrival. But we popped on the radio in the kitchen whilst we unpacked for our stay. Every room in the house is beautifully clean, a great size and excellent for groups. Kitchen is well stocked with all crockery and pans - although we couldn’t work out the hob so ended up grilling the bacon! Only a 5min walk from the tram stop makes it a wonderful location, with lovely surroundings and nice and quiet outside the hussle and bustle of central Blackpool! Our only feedback would be: - bring your own loo rolls, we ended up running the shop as none spare were provided - a “welcome”/instruction booklet would have been nice, but most things are easy enough to figure out - out biggest change we would make were the pillows on all beds. If you’re fussy about your quilt/pillows/bedding bring your own! Pillows are in need of replacement, quilts were way too thick for the summer and the bedding wasn’t the best quality (but a very very easy fix given the mattresses were EXCELLENT!) All in all would 100% stay again, in fact, already looking into booking again for next year!
