All new beach house. Directly on Moriches Bay with sweeping views of the water from every room. Har tru tennis court and hot tub. Private sandy beach on the bay as well as private ocean/beach access right across the road. 4 bedrooms 3 baths plus a den with futons for extra sleeping space. Comfortably sleeps 8-12. All bathrooms are newly renovated. Full kitchen with 2 dishwashers; Weber grill. Wraparound decks all around the house; great for watching tennis players from the front deck and the spectacular sunsets over the bay from the back deck. Washer/dryer, 3 TVs. Also have 2 kayaks (a double and a single) and 2 stand up paddle boards; lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc!

The owners were so thoughtful about our stay. Everything was easy from our first email to our last. My family adored the beautiful house and this excellent location. We biked, played tennis and kayaked on the bay, barbecued and ate our meals overlooking the gorgeous water views. Close to town, everything was convenient and perfect. Westhampton town is such fun day or nite, I hope to return next year.
