The property was very well suited for our chef and also extremely well outfitted! On sevaeral occasions I heard the comment, this kitchen has everything. Our 12 yr old Dog had some challenge with the outside steps but she and we persevered. The place was very clean and comfortable by all measures.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

We enjoyed every aspect of the home. The golf cart made the beach very accessible. The kitchen was fully equipped and the dining area was spacious. We loved the wrap around porch with hammock and rockers. The beds were comfortable. Everything met our expectations while there for a family wedding. We hope to return!

Our hosts were very friendly and easy to reach, especially as we had very bad weather and they were ready to provide us with help and suggestions. The 6 person golf cart was great and the house has all that you need for fun.

The rooms were clean and the amenities were perfect for our group of nine people and pets. The grandchildren loved the hammock and golf cart.

This house fit our needs perfectly! The owners and property manager were responsive to our needs, although we really didn’t have any due to the fact that the house was stocked with all of the supplies listed in the description. The location of the house provided easy access to many interesting sites. We used the six-seat golf cart to easily get to and from the beach. Our extended family (8 adults and two babies) was able to gather comfortably in the house for meals and games. We highly recommend this house for travelers coming to the Litchfield Beach/Pawleys Island area.

We had a fabulous time. The house was beautiful and roomy. It was also clean and the contact people were easy to work with and always answered my questions in a timely manner. They were great!

Wonderful location and well equipped for our stay with extended family. Nice to have 4 full baths, generously sized bedrooms and all kitchen utensils/cookware you need. Good outdoor grill; the golf cart was a hit with our kids and grandpa for quick trips to:from the beach.

Our family enjoyed the property. It was very convenient to everything. We loved the yard games, the golf cart and proximity to the beach. The house was very well supplied,clean and perfect for our group. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful week with our family at your beach home! The house was perfect with a large area for family time and plenty of bedrooms for napping and quiet time. We loved the wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and a hammock. We made good use of all of the beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, golf cart, sand toys, and the outdoor shower). We are already discussing coming back next summer. Thank you for a great week!

Wow, what an amazing property. Spacious, well lit, comfortable beds, good size kitchen, perfectly decorated, very clean. This property was 3 min from the beach by golf cart. Almost nobody there every day, felt like a private beach. We had 7 adults living there with 4 other adults coming over for dinners. Had an 80th birthday for my dad, 25 guests, no problem. 11 stars out of 10!

This was our second time at this location. We’re very happy with the location . It’s close to golf courses and great restaurants. The home is well stocked and clean.

We were looking for a tranquil and accommodating space to combine work and play, and the Easter holiday. We found it! The home is beautiful, comfortable, ideally located and perfectly appointed. We were able to have productive and relaxed business planning meetings as needed and then reward our hard work with playtime in the yard and at the beach. We especially loved watching the alligators, cooking in the spacious and well equipped kitchen, riding bikes, relaxing in the hammock and the quick golf cart ride to the beach.The hosts were so quick to reply and make the checkin and checkout process seamless. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope to have the opportunity to make memories there again!

Our group started raving about this home from the minute we walked in until we left 3 days later. It was perfect for our group of seven old timers with a bathroom for every bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and wonderful screen porch. Very close to a number of excellent restaurants and the golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze. Will be back in the future.

We had a great visit. We especially enjoyed the bikes, the golf cart, and the well-stocked garage that contained all sorts of games, beach chairs, and beach toys. The house worked great for our multi-age family, ranging from babies to grandparents.

We had a wonderful stay. We found everything we needed. We would love to stay again on our next visit. You have a beautiful home. We even seen an alligator on the back lawn which made the kids realize what we were telling them was true.

Great visit with plenty of room for everyone and lots of seating in the family room. The biggest problem we had was the garbage. By the time we arrived on Wednesday afternoon, the garbage can was FULL and at the curb. We had to manage garbage until it was picked up on Saturday morning, then we put another full can out to the curb after it had already been picked up early Saturday morning. We're not sure if that caused a problem for the next guest or not, but it did pose a problem for us during our stay with 8 people and 2 dogs. Otherwise, the accommodations were great for our needs and the proximity to the beach was great for us during the off season. We enjoyed being out on the screened in porch, using the golf cart, having the extra fridge in the basement, in addition to there being plenty of parking in the driveway for 3 cars, and every bedroom having its own bathroom was wonderful.

We stayed for a wedding. From start to finish this was a great experience! Great communication from our hosts, a lovely home, and a perfect location. Can’t ask for more. Thank you so much for sharing it with us, and we will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Our “family” has made N.Litchfield a fall tradition for 3 years now. We absolutely loved this house- it was perfect for everyone in our party -ages 3-73! It was clean & spacious- the golf cart was so much fun too! We enjoyed watching the alligators sunning next door in the afternoons, enjoyed college football in the spacious living area, and relaxing outside. We definitely recommend this home! We plan on coming back next year! “Made for Memories “ was the perfect place for us to make wonderful memories!

Everything was great. Was a musty smell in the master downstairs closet.

Easy access from main road with great indoor and out spaces for gathering. Nice kitchen well equipped but we did not use. Nice to have cart to beach as it’s a bit of a walk.

We had so much fun staying here! The 4 bedrooms were amazing for our group and arranged where everyone had privacy and space. The house was well stocked with anything you could need. The golf cart was a great addition for going to the beach. So much to do locally and great places to eat. We loved staying there and couldn’t recommend the house and owners more.

Despite rainy weather we enjoyed our stay! The home had everything we needed, and then some from boardgames and puzzles to comfortable beach chairs. We would definitely consider staying again!

We loved being near a bike trail. Great restaurants near by. Hosts had a lot of extras, so we didn't have to run out and buy stuff for the kitchen and cooking. Very quick comunication.

First off the Host were amazing. Got back with us very quickly and made accommodations as needed for us. The house was very comfortable and a great place to either relax or cut up and play games, puzzles, and etc. They had everything you would need for the beach even a golf cart to haul your things with :) Restaurants and activities were all very close! We had an amazing time and plan on booking again in the future!
