    We had a great time in Marco Island and will be coming back next year. The property has the potential to be fantastic! The pool is great. The location is excellent. It was clean (only 4 stars because I didn't see a spot for maintenance issues). The home needs some loving care - there where lights out in a number of locations. The blinds where broken in the Main bedroom - the toaster oven was broken and the handle on the microwave was broken. The ice maker stopped working in the second week. We had no gas for the grill. Door to the oven is difficult to open. The lights in the pool don't work and the audio for the pool area, we were told, never worked. We emailed and called these issues in but only response was when we called to report the garbage disposal was not working - the plumber was out the next day. The big selling point for the home could be the pool area - the pool is beautiful. With some effort on lighting and audio it could be really great. If the maintenance issues were addressed we would not hesitate to stay here next year and highly recommend the property.

    House is outdated, pool leaks, old furniture, outdated interiors. Great location, pool and lanai are nice but could be amazing.

    This was a beautiful home, with everything you would need. We would stay here again. The one thing that might need looking into is the garbage disposal. I never used it, when I did accidentally turn it on it sounded like a utensil was in it.

    The house was ok. It was dated, but that was ok. Lots of dog hair in the pool and the pool lights didn’t work so we couldn’t use it at night. There is no where to tie a boat up to. It’s a long boat ride out to open water from this house because of the no wake zones. Master had extensive water damage so it was pretty gross. Oven didn’t work. Screen over pool had a huge rip so bugs got in. Management did return a small portion of the money to offset some of the negatives.
