The house was very old, floor leans down! Reminded me of my Grandma’s house! But it was great! To have all that space be able to eat cooked meals (try to save some money) and sitting around the living room between games made a huge difference! Would recommend!
Place has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms upstairs. Down stairs is the kitchen, living and dining room. The door locks in the back automatically so take your key. There is a full time tenant living there too but on one side of house so. Not to worry. Dry handle broken so you don’t know if you are in air dry or heat. Bunch of mouse traps around but didn’t see any critters. Did not see any towel replacements so you had one to two per bathroom. Great location!
The house is old, rundown and dirty. Dead bugs all over the floor and in the light fixtures. The floors are slanted, door won't even close and the bed that I slept in slopped to the middle severely. Also, it should be disclosed that someone else is living fulltime in the house. I'm sure they get away with this because the other tenant has their own entrance but this was unexpected. Had we known this going in, we could have made the choice if we were comfortable with this situation or not.
The renters were great in communication to a certain point. When we rented in December there was no mention of a person who was renting an apartment attached to the property. The front door was not accessible (no reason given) and the property was older than expected. That’s on me for not having the best understanding of the age of the town and the idea of when the property was built. The dryer had a wrench and electrical tape double as a knob. The house was very clean and the owners are good about making sure it’s ready when you arrive. All in all it serves its purpose of a place to stay for a baseball tournament. The location is A+ for Dreams Park. Have reasonable expectations for your stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was the perfect size for us and met all of our needs. The property manager was extremely helpful. A great place to stay!
We loved the quirkiness of this property. We know that the house was not occupied due to Covid , so it could use updates. We were able to walk downtown and bbq in the back yard. The 2 queen beds were super comfy and we fell asleep fast.
