4 Bed pool House by Bay! Lido & Siesta Key Beaches very close

Great accommodations with 4 generous bedrooms, indoor laundry, inground pool and on-site parking. We were able to cook most meals in the kitchen and attended many area attractions. 4 adults and 2 children under 12. October 2025. Although host had no control- the weather was beautiful!

This house was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Elicia was wonderful to communicate with, and she responded promptly when we had a little snafu (locked ourselves out one evening!).. would stay here again in a heartbeat, everything was great.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is huge and provided enough room for all of us, the pool was amazing along with the outside patio and grill area. We could sit and enjoy ourselves while the kids played in the pool! The house was clean and the beds were sooo comfy! The host reached out to check on us and recommended places to eat and places for us to rent kayaks. The home is located in a great location, not far from the beach or the art district! We came to see siesta key beach (like almost everyone else) it was only a 20 min. Drive, but in my opinion it was over crowded and wasnt it.... lido key on the other hand was only 7 minutes from the house and absolutely beautiful and so less crowded! We loved our stay and had the best time! We plan to come back, the host offers a discount for return customers so thats another plus as well!

House was perfect size for our family and the pool area was great. Location is close to everything.

This property is great for all ages. The location is nice and the atmosphere is cozy. We were not too far from Tampa and so close to the Lido Beach. We enjoyed our trip and will definitely think about booking here again!

Stayed here with my family and married my husband on Lido beach! Lido was the best and we will definitely be back.

We attended a family wedding and needed a place that would house 7 adults. The pool and easy access to the beautiful beaches made the house a perfect pick. The entire process was convenient and communications with the property manager was without issue. We would return without hesitation.

This was a perfect place for my sisters and their husbands as we stayed in Sarasota for a week to celebrate our parents' 60th anniversary. The pool was a bonus. The living room and back porch with a nice table is perfect for morning coffee and family conversations.

It was a great place to stay. Have been coming to Sarasota for more than twenty years we will stay here every time we come back if we can. A great host, house and location. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pool was great! Close to everything we enjoy doing and great neighborhood to walk our dog. Staying here again next spring.

Good location to be close to airport and short drive to beaches. There’s lots to do in the area! We were a little frustrated when we arrived the pool was low on water so the pump had not been running. Had to have pool people and electricians there and didn’t get fixed until our last day. Pool guys did not do anything to clean besides dump chemicals so my husband was cleaning it and filling it with a garden hose so our kids could at least float in it.

Very spacious home with a beautiful pool in the private backyard. The hosts were very responsive! The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown restaurants and shopping! So relaxing!

We really enjoyed the property location, which allowed for nightly walks through a charming neighborhood to see the sunset over the beach. It is also convenient to the main thoroughfare and key attractions. Large backyard, plus room to spread out inside the house. Wonderful stay!

My wife and I stayed with another couple in the house and we had two dogs. The yard is nicely enclosed and great for the dogs. The house is comfortable as are the beds. The neighborhood is about 2 miles from downtown (restaurants and night life) and 5 miles from the nice coastal beaches on the key. There is a very modest dog beach about 1/4 mile from the house that has a view over the bay but some of the houses nearby are a bit rundown. Overall a good base to get out and do things but you will need a bike or car to see most things.

This home is in a great location close to the Tamiami Trail. We were able to ride our bikes around the neighborhood and into downtown Sarasota. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay. The pool isn't heated so we couldn't enjoy it and the mattresses definitely need updating but all in all it was a great spot for us to spend winter break. Thanks for having us!

This house is so cozy and perfect area. It’s close to everything we wanted to see or do. The host was amazing on keeping me updated with my stay. The host Elicia went well out of her way to make sure our stay was great. We will be back, we love it here. Thank you Elicia!!

Enjoyed staying at this property!! Elicia is a very communacative and gracious hostess!! Unfortunately we were forced to evacuate due to Hurricane Milton. If we ever get the chance to go back, we definitely will!!

The check in process was absolutely so easy! The house was the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the pool, the kids didn't care to go to the beach. Highly recommend this house rental to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Definitely renting Everytime we vacation down to Florida!

We just returned from our second stay at this property. It has plenty of space for our family of 7. The pool is great for cooling off in! It’s in a good location for all of the places we like to visit. The host is always quick to respond to anything we need. We will definitely return!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The private pool was excellent, and the house had everything. It was perfect for the week we stayed. There were 7 of us and we all fit very comfortably. The backyard was fenced in so plenty of privacy. We would very much like to visit again!

Very comfortable house for a few couples to stay. Never felt we were on top of one another. The location was great, walkable to a small park on the bay and to Starbucks. The pool was refreshing after a hot day. The location also provided easy access to downtown. Host was responsive.
