The house was great from the time we walked thru the door . Located nearvthe beach and not far from the pier and shopping . The host has a incredible house .

I would absolutely stay here again. The owner is great. Everything was clean and in good working condition. When we arrived there was a goody basket which was so thoughtful.

Perfect place for our crew of 10. The pool and hot tub was a big hit. Only a few blocks from the beach and ocean. Huge park across the street. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you could want or need is there. Rhonda is the perfect host.

Perfect place to stay with large group

Spent the week with the family. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a bonus to have. The location of property to ocean and local entertainment was great. Pool table/ping pong table was enjoyed by all.

The home offered everything needed from cooking in the kitchen, washing laundry to loading the golf cart down for the beach. The home owner is super nice, helpful and quick w/responses. THANKS !

we were here to visit family and love the location of the house. we have stayed here before and love this part of Florida. there are many local places, breweries, places to listen to live music on the water, etc.

We had a wonderful stay! There are plenty of beach chairs, towels, and beach toys! No need to bring any of that. Nice clean house and pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach!

This property was everything we could have hoped for and more! The house was perfect for our family, including our baby and two dogs. Everything we could have needed was there. The host, Rhonda, truly went above and beyond to setup the house for relaxing and fun. From the amazing pool, hot tub and backyard oasis, to the pool table, ping pong, beach accessories and golf cart. We loved that we didn't need to leave the house to have the best time! We would love to stay here again.

We just left after spending two weeks with our adult children and their families. Place was perfect for us all, lots of room and liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Hit the beach in the mornings - the golf cart was great for taking children and supplies to and from the beach! The pool was crystal clear and was great for staying cool in the heat of the afternoon. Would definitely stay again!

Everything at the house was wonderful. We had all the essentials, enough towels for everyone, the golf cart was awesome just a short ride to the beach, and the pool was a hit! Only thing that could have made the hot tub better was a rail to help you get in and out for the big drop in.

Loved the golf cart option to the beach. They had TONS of beach items to take with us. More than enough towels to accommodate our group of 10! Everything was perfect for a week getaway from the freezing MN winter.

We love this house! Our fourth stay, and def not our last. House is perfect for a large family, pool and hot tub were perfect, and you can adjust to your temperature preference as needed. Close walk to the beach, super short drive to restaurants and grocery stores, Golf cart is easy to use for a super quick trip to the beach. Great play area across the road, and good walking area. Seamless communication, fast response from owner. Everything we needed to cook our meals was there, minus the groceries. Welcome basket Of snacks was perfect after a long drive! See you next year!

We loved the set up of the rooms and having a private bath for every bedroom. Great layout and awesome amenities. The host was great! She communicated quickly and efficiently.

We all enjoyed our stay at the house the pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice. The kitchen was stocked nicely. Plenty of seating inside and out . So nice for couples everyone had their own bed and bathroom. The golf cart was a nice addition. We would definitely do this place again.

We do a pre-Thanksgiving trip every year and always in a VRBO. This is by far the best. Each couple has privacy and the host is incredibly accomodating.

Perfect setup for couples and families, great outside setup! Kitchen was well stocked and welcome basket was so nice. We did not use golf cart a lot due to blinker not working, but can see it would be very handy to travel around and get to beach. We loved being able to walk to Tiki bar!!

Property was great, only issue was with dryer but got quick response back. Close to beach very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool and hot tub were great. We appreciated use of the golf cart to get chairs and beach toys to the beach. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool table. I wish I was still there!

What a great stay our family had at this house - here is why it was the best : 1. House was filled with everything you need - from kitchen utensils, to spices, to beach supplies - not to mention the BEACH TOWELS and there were so many which was awesome and great quality. 2. Golf Cart - best added bonus and great quality. We would pack the cart up with all the tubes, boards, and chairs and in less than 1 minute we were at the beach and it was even better when it was time to come home making it back so quick or if we forgot something at the house we were back in a flash. 3. Each bedroom had its own TV and its own bathroom which really was nice when it was time to escape and relax. Once you closed the doors the noise was kept to a minimum which was also very nice. 4. The Pool and patio were clutch - nice shaded area when it was hot and the pool to cool down with. The pool was a salt water pool but honestly you couldnt tell. 5. The location was perfect - in 6 minutes we were at many restaurants in Cape Canaveral (recommend Grills we ate there twice it was so good) and in 6-10 minutes the opposite way you were in Coca Beach.
