4 Bed, 3 Bath Loft in Downtown Louisville! Amazing River Views! Private Deck!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating a girlfriend’s birthday. We had a long weekend girls trip. The Normandy loft was the perfect place to stay

We traveled with two other couples for a Kentucky Bourbon Trail weekend. This was a perfect “home base” for the experience. Check-in went smoothly and parking was in a reserved lot across the street and within view of the rental from several rooms. Bedrooms and living areas were amazing and well furnished with everything you would expect. Very comfortable. The views of the downtown and river were incredible and the top deck patio was just perfect to see it all. The Louisville downtown location was perfect for late afternoon and evening walking and finding that perfect restaurant or bar just blocks away. The kitchen was small and limited counter space but it had everything we needed. Wonderful stay. We’ll be back. -Steve

Wow. Amazing property. Comfortable. Great location. Owner was fabulous. We left our daughter’s prized stuffed animal and she put in mail for us. I will be staying here again next time we are in Louisville.

Ideal locations for a few fun days in Louisville. Loft was clean and host went above and beyond for us. Thank you for a great time.

Inside was super clean, they had extra trash bags. Kuerig machine and coffee maker, filters. There was no kcups or coffee. Extra blankets and towels. Shampoo and soap also provided. We arrived early. They allowed us to put suitcases inside apartment so we didn’t have to lug them around. We left after check out and bags were allowed to stay inside. Super accommodating.

We had a great time at the downtown Normandy loft! The space was just perfect for our group of 3 couples. The location can't be beat - we walked to many downtown locations, and others were a quick Uber ride. The kitchen was equipped for what we needed for our long weekend, and each bedroom was good sized for each couple, with the Master bedroom having a luxuriously sized ensuite bathroom. Eric was prompt, friendly, and accommodating! We will definitely remember this spot if back in Louisville!

Wonderful, comfortable, clean accommodations in a perfect location with a very responsive and helpful hosts. We'd absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. We experienced a lot in a very short period of time and loved the spacious setting and rooftop sitting area. It was great for when we needed downtime from Whiskey Row, loved being able to walk to so many places and our hosts offered options for things we could do and responded directly whenever we need help.

Great time.. nice, spacious, close to everything. Very cool. Master bedroom could use better light blocking shades on the windows and door to balcony but that is a super minor detail.

Located within walking distance of many attractions, comfortably handled our group of six. Would definitely recommend.

Fun place to stay for my framily. 3 couples, each had our own room and bathroom. Only wish the third bathroom was upstairs. Beds very comfortable. Able to walk to bars, restaurants and distilleries.

Clear and prompt communication. The place was really nice and as described. No complaints at all.

2 couples and it was perfect! Location was great and so easy to walk to everything! The roof top is great if you are looking to get sun for sure and was cool at night to see the river and skyline. Clean place and Eric was a great host. Will be back again!!

Happy with our stay in the loft. Check-in and out was easy and accommodated our time request. Location was walkable to several distilleries, restaurants, bars and entertainment. I would stay here again!

Had group of high school friends in town for the Bourbon Classic. Everything within walking distance. The floods kept up from enjoying Louisville. I will return.

I attended my MBA graduation ceremony over the weekend. I had looked for a VRBO close to the Kentucky Convention Center with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to hold my family attending with me. We were not disappointed! We were excited at the pictures of the property … it looked gorgeous and perfect for us! When we arrived on Friday we were delighted and thrilled that it was even more spacious and luxurious than the pictures denoted. High end bathrooms; High end kitchen. Multiple living room spaces. And a great downtown location to boot!!! You won’t be disappointed staying here!

The place was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and conveniently located in downtown. Most things were a walk which was wonderful. Accommodations were excellent we would come back. Property manager was very accommodating and easy to work with on check in.

A beautiful and spacious house with a gorgeous view of the river. The host was very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our group had access to the house and anything we needed.

The pictures don’t do it justice. Just book it and you won’t be disappointed.
