4 Bed 2 Bath Ranch 7/10th mile from Cape's best beach on quiet circle

Great Space for larger family. Needs a bit of inside TLC. Didn't seem to have had its deep clean for the season - spiders, dust webs on walls and wall art. Kitchen cabinets need clean & relining. Outside light on front stairs was out. Front stairs need a railing. Window AC's had very dirty filters, living room AC was very noisy and made all the lights flicker - ended up turning it off. Wi-Fi didn't work with anyones phones. Refrigerator needs replacement definitely. Small spiders all over king bed, not sure where they're coming from.

We had a great experience at this location. The place was big enough to accommodate 8 people with enough room for separation and the 2 bathrooms were key. Nice fire pit outdoors and grill. We had a couple concerns about ac and hot water being extremely hot that were addressed right away. Kitchen is a little small but totally workable. Thanks for a wonderfully week!

The location was perfect for exploring the mid Cape and relaxing on the beach. Checking in was efficient and easy.

Convenient location, quick drive to a number of beaches, mini golf, restaurants etc... We really enjoyed the two separate hallways for privacy. Property owner was very attentive. Would recommend to others.

Everything worked great!

We enjoyed our stay but were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Older visitors need more cushions, seat backs, safety rails on the egress stairs, and better air conditioners. They were loud.. Windows were hard to open and some of the cranks didn't work. There were only 4 TV channels and no Netflix password. We brought our own towels and sheets as instructed and happy we brought a kitchen towel. We were grateful for the extra pillows. Beds were comfortable. We expected shower soap, salt and maybe zip lock bags but there were none. Thank goodness we found a small fan. We won't return to this dated but adequate property. The location was good for our needs.

Had a wonderful time in this cute little cottage! It’s a little dated but did the job. Within walking distance to a beach (a little weedy) but within close driving distance to a few other great beaches! The location was great and close to downtown shopping/food. It was also helpful to know in advance that you needed to bring your own sheets. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

The house was very nice. A bit small for our group, but it worked out OK. We appreciated your notifications on thr bedding items,although we were surprised that these were not provided. Would recommend in the future providing thr bedding or at least let the renters know initially to bring thr bedding, sheets and pillow cases. We appreciated the air conditioning as it came in handy when it turn humid. Overall the stay was a pleasant visit, thank you for the experience. Ed Sugai

Sounds silly, but the one issue we had was there was no NESN. we are huge Sox fans.
