Great communication with our host, fantastic house for a couple families, and very clean!

The kitchen size was more than adequate and is stocked with good quality pans, knives and cookware. The floor plan is a great layout with the mudroom, 4 on suite bedrooms and large laundry. Everything is provided and Carol is a delightful host.

House is well located and close to activities. It’s a great place to relax or participate in many adventures! Carol has a well maintained property with everything you need for a great stay. My whole family enjoyed our stay in Sunriver.

This house is our new favorite! Carol has thought through every detail. We were so impressed with how well stocked it was, more than any other place we have stayed in our 30 years of going to Sunriver. We commented several times during our weeklong stay how excited we were to have found this gem.

We had a great vacation and the home was perfect for our family. It was very clean, very well organized, and comfortable. The size was perfect for our family of six. We will most certainly try to stay here again on our next adventure.

Great Thanksgiving or anytime place for family. The house graciously was stocked with all the essentials and all you need to do is get the food you want for the time you’re there! The owners were very good about making sure everything was ok or seeking out if we had any questions. Great place and we recommend staying here!

This house was amazing! All 7 of us would agree it exceeding our expectations! We stay in Sunriver annually and always like to pick a different house to stay at, just to change things up. We WILL be staying here again and again! Here is why: * The house was very clean. We never felt like we needed to clean something prior to using it * The house was fully stocked. No one ever said “ I wish the house had ____ or oh man, ____ is broken” * The host is so kind and attentive. They have thought of everything * The layout of the house is roomy * Have I mentioned the house is clean! * Great stock of games and puzzles * Ping pong table is actually level * A couple of the bikes have baskets (which I never knew I wanted until this trip - sure made taking water along easier) I could honestly go on and on…. The only thing I would say is to be aware this house sits near a busier road, (the driveway is on a side street) so the occasional car noise is heard. Not terrible and I will not let that keep me from enjoying this home in the future. And not something the owners can control either! If you are eyeballing this home ~ book it!!

Wonderful week in Sunriver. The house was perfect for our family and close to everything. Bike rides, walks to the park, day at the SRARC and two great golf courses. Stuff to keep the family busy everyday. We hope to make this trip and location an annual event.

This house was well-organized with very nice upgrades. While a bit out of the way for us with young children (we rented another home on the same street where the kids stayed) it was a trek for their parents on bikes. Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood toward the North side. Overall this is a well-kept home and perfect for a family of 6 with kids in bunk beds.

Overall we had a successful family trip, and much of that success hinges on picking the right house, and this one is a winner! The host is very responsive, provided a lot of the things we needed, really went the extra mile. House is laid out beautifully, and the new garage floor upgrade is a great touch. The kids loved the bunk room, lots of giggles were heard and they all loved sleeping in the same room! Would highly recommend, and would definitely consider this a premier house rental in sunriver.
