# 4 Backwoods Lodge 6BR/6BA, SHARC, 2 min to Village, game room.

Family reunion for Thanksgiving, exact bedrooms and bathrooms, the living area and kitchen are small for fifteen people, other than that very comfortable

The kitchen was fully stocked, with a variety of small appliances. My son is a professional chef, and he loves the gas stove.We all loved the living room setup. The dining room table accommodated all 10 of us.

Pros: 1. It's huge! Having 6 bedrooms each with a full bathroom allowed for all of us to spread out and have privacy.2. It's very well stocked. Not only the kitchen but also having sooo many high-quality bikes and a game room with fun retro games, an old juke box, a hot tub and even a sauna!! Lots of things to keep everyone busy. 3. Location! Being able to walk to the Village in less than 5 minutes is ideal, IMO, as you are so close to stores and restaurants. 4. Communication with the host. He was very responsive and helpful. The Cons:1. The house is very dated and very much overdue for upgrades. Smelled bad. Kinda gave me the ick. This is my 4th rental in Sunriver and def my least fav. Had pictures of all the bathrooms been included in the listing, I would have passed on the booking. Mold in 2 showers, and a dirty shower cap left hanging on a hook in another bathroom. Kitchen table looked like cheaply painted plywood, couches were old. 2. Back deck was covered in very thick blanket of pine needles- we had to clean it ourselves to make it usable. I feel this needs to be part of the cleaning crew's responsibility. 3. Saune is really too small for more than 1 person if you want to lie down. But I also feared that the bench was going to collapse underneath me with how much it creaked and sank when a second person sat down on it. 4. Mattresses are not very comfortable and the pillows were so flat and lumpy and stained. Total ick. Please buy new pillows!

The location and layout of the house were great.

The linens and carpeting were a bit dated, but the accommodations worked well for the 8 adults and 6 kids (3-9). Very convenient that each bedroom has attached bathroom. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for 6 bathrooms. The bikes were a hit, but had to rent 4 24” bikes as 20” too small and 26” too big for most of kids. The arcade games and juke box were a great distraction. Overall, a lovely experience.

Nice property. Great for a large group. Has lots of bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Centrally located within an easy walk to the Village. Has everything you need or would want… lots of bikes, a sauna, a hot tub, a game room upstairs with pinball and video games. Owner was quite nice and responsive. Highly recommended.

This house was perfect for our family. With 4 small children, the location across from the village was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the pinball machines too.The house was very well stocked, including a high chair and a stroller! The owner was very accommodating with check in and tips on things to do.

This property worked out wonderfully for us. The only odd thing was that the outside garbage cans were partially full from the previous renters. We arrived on a Monday and on the can lids it said that pick up was on Monday. So we really had to stuff to get all our garbage in.Everything else was great and the owner responded well to a couple questions that I had.

Great house with lots to do. Lots of space and so close to the village. Exactly what we were looking for.

Backwoods #4 was perfect for our larger group with a few children. The kids loved the jukebox and the game room was a big hit. The house had everything we needed. Even a high chair and a stroller. Every bedroom having a bathroom was a huge bonus for privacy and convenience. We can't wait to go back in the warmer months and use the provided bikes to explore beautiful Sunriver.Craig was very responsive and helpful from prior to check-in and throughout our entire stay.5-stars all the way!

The house was the perfect set up for our group. The proximity to the village is great and the game room kept the kids entertained. The only downside was the Jukebox didn’t work and the hot tub was out of service. The host was kind enough to refund some for the hot tub. If I could give a half star I would rate the house 4.5. All in all it was a great trip.

The property was just right for our multi generational group of 13. That fact that every bedroom also has a bathroom, is very handy. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The host, Craig, was super nice, and very accommodating. We plan to stay here again in the future! Thank you, Craig.

Our annual family vacation included Great-grandparents, Grandparents, Parents, & kids. The location made for an easy walk to the Village. The Game Room was an absolute hit and the living area was big enough for all 10 of us to enjoy. Thank you for great memories!

This is an exceptional VRBO; location to markets, restaurants and Sharc is very convenient, over-the-top fully functional amenities, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, a dozen or more working bicycles, and so much more as is listed. We had eight adults and five children and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Wouldn’t hesitate to return, in fact as we went out the door for the last time my wife said, “I would consider buying this place.”

This home fit our needs to a T. Craig was very responsive any time we called. The game room was well used. The bikes were great. Being close to the store made getting last minute supplies easy. We made use of the hot tub, and outdoor dining!! And having 6 bedrooms and each with a bathroom was a hit, especially with our granddaughter. Thanks Craig

We had a great stay! Our group included 4 married couples, 4 young adults, and a 2 year old. The house was well stocked with laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, bikes, high chairs, a baby gate, lots of box fans. We enjoyed meals together inside and outside. It was a little cramped around the inside dining table, but doable. There were plenty of cooking supplies, and spices and oils. We loved the location. The neighborhood was quiet. We were a little worried about not having a/c in August, but it cools off in the night with fans in the windows. We would close the windows and blinds during the day, which kept it a comfortable temp. Everyone slept well and said their beds were comfy.

One of the best appointed homes I have ever stated in. The game

Our family of 12 met at Sunriver to connect siblings and cousins who do not see each other enough. It was a fantastic trip. The only disappointment was that the Sunriver golf courses are now private. We took care of that with trips to Bend. The SHARC passes were great.
